3 years pos op abdominoplasty circumferential, experiencing abdominal tightness. Thoughts?

Your deep fascial sutures are still pulling fairly tight, probably. I would suggest physical therapy with professional massages.

It's difficult to tell what may be occurring without an in person evaluation. It may be beneficial to consider focused stretching exercises to help relax the muscles. I encourage you to return to your surgeon to discuss your concerns.
