Hey! Please tell me - how much fat per breast can be used from my body to fat transfer? I am 26 years old, height 171, weight 65 kg. I am attaching photos - how much fat could be obtained from the marked parts + possibly belly? Thanks for your answers!

How much fat is available from your abdomen, flanks, thighs, etc, Your skin stretch and tissue quality in the breasts, Your goals—subtle enhancement vs a more dramatic change.
Would you say your goal is to go up a cup size or just improve shape and fullness?

you're in a great range for a breast fat transfer—you likely have enough fat for a moderate enhancement

I would predict that we would harvest approximately 600 ml of pure fat from each side (hips/waist/lower back bra roll). This would be more than enough fat and with proper injection technique you can expect excellent take. Thank you for the inquiry!

Just based off photos (and no physical exam) - these are just estimates of roughly how much fat are in those areas - and this can vary depending on how aggressive your surgeon liposuctions these areas. 
(based off both sides together)Love handles - around 500-1000 mL or cc of fat (or more)Back rolls / folds - won't be a lot in this area usually because this is more loose skin versus "fat" - 300-500 mL Posterior thigh - you want to be careful getting lipo here, can cause cellulite look after or dents can form (usually inner thigh is safer to harvest fat) - 400-800 mL roughly Abdomen - depending on the layers / aggressiveness - 400-800 mL (or more).
Without breast photos, its hard to assess how much fat you need to for the transfer. Remember, fat transfer is not like breast implants - will not have fullness indefinitely, fat will resorb while healing (40-70%), fat will shrink or grow as your weight changes in the future. Hope this helps.

fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts.
In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:
•	If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken
•	If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers
•	If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts
•	To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implants
You should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Hello!Thank you for your question. Although it is a little difficult to assess the volume of donor that can be obtained from photos, given your height and weight, as well as the appearance of the photos, one can anticipate obtaining in the range of 300-500 cc of processed injectable fat, and possibly more. Again, the caveat is that this is a very rough assessment from the photos. Very often, the limit is not how much fat you can collect but how much fat can be safely injected into the breasts without increasing chance of complications. I hope this helps answer your question. You have plenty of donor sites. The question is how much can the recipient site handle? Fat transfers are usually good for about 1 cup size and at most 2 cup size increase. If you are size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are size 36 or 38, each 200 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change. However, not all the fat survives so you would need 150 cc's of fat at size 32 or 34 or 300 cc's of fat at size 36 or 38.

The amount of fat that can be harvested depends on the practitioner. However, the important thing is to extract fat without leaving depressions in the donor areas. Without causing deformation, about 600 cc of fat can be taken from the abdomen, 500 cc from the waist, 350 cc from the back, and up to 400 cc from the inner thighs and knees. I do not recommend extracting fat from the back of the legs. Fat transfer to the breasts is not a one-time procedure. It needs to be done 2-3 times, at intervals of 6 months, until the desired size is achieved.

Your best option for liposuction is to get lipo 360. That will change your whole shape and you have a good underlying shape. That makes you a good candidate for liposuction.

Just performing liposuction in the circled areas won't leave you with a good result. Liposuction is kind of like painting--you can't just paint certain walls or parts of walls---you need to paint the whole room.

As for the amount of fat that is able to be transferred to your breasts that depends more on your breast tissue and not the amount of fat. You will have liters of fat removed with liposuction so that's not the issue. There will be plenty of fat. What will determine how much fat you can get in your breasts will depend on the tissue of your breast and how much they are able to receive. Imagine someone with no breast tissue, no children, no significant weight fluctuations then it will be hard to get a lot of fat into the breast. It will be tight.

Another patient who has a couple of children will likely have much more flexible and distensible breast tissue and allow for more fat placement with fat grafting.

We would not take fat from the posterior thigs, but you have some on the lateral aspect. You would probably have enough fat for one transfer to increase up to one cup in volume.
