Hey! Please tell me - how much fat per breast can be used from my body to fat transfer? I am 26 years old, height 171, weight 65 kg. I am attaching photos - how much fat could be obtained from the marked parts + possibly belly? Thanks for your answers!

HelloUp to 600 cc of fat can be removed from the abdomen, 500 cc from the waist, 300 cc from the back, and 300 cc from the inner thighs. I do not recommend removing fat from the back of the thighs.

Fat transfer is a great option to help shape and enhance your breasts. I would estimate at least 500 ml pure fat from each side sucking fat from your hips, waist and lower back bra roll. That would be plenty of volume in my opinion. Thank you for sharing.

Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. Liposuction of your waist, hips, flanks, love handles, back bra rolls, and upper and lower back would like provide about 600 cc of donor fat. That would be 300 cc for each breast. 300 cc would increase your cup size by `1/2 or 1 cup. I recommend you avoid removing fat from the back of the upper thighs. That is essentially a no-fly zone due to post surgical irregularities.

From your photographs, you appear to have plenty of donor sites. The question is what size are your breasts? You have not provided photographs of your breasts or told us your bra size. It is not possible to put excessive amounts of fat into the breasts. If this is attempted, the fat simply extrudes out of the incision site or undergoes necrosis. Usually fat transfers are good for 1 cup size change. I would need photographs of your breasts to give you a more accurate answer.

You are lean, but with liposuction 360 I think you would have more than enough to transfer to your breasts. The real issue is not how much fat you have (you have sufficient fat) but is how much can your breasts accept and I would guess that you have way more fat available than your breasts could accept. There are limits as to how much fat can be placed inside the breast. If we try to over do it and really pack as much fat as possible we can end up a lot of fat necrosis, unevenness and oil cysts so usually fat grafting to the breast is not limited by available fat but rather on the amount the breast can accept.

Your pictures show fat over the waist, abdomen and back area. The amount of fat transfer depends on the available fat and breast volume you have. You should get great result over the donor site and breast. Breast pictures would help to give you better idea about size enlargement.
