8 Months Post-Rhinoplasty – Tip Deformity. What options would be safe to improve this? (Photos)

Hi, I’m 8 months post-rhinoplasty and I’ve had three previous rhinoplasties. Early after my most recent surgery, I had an infection and a lot of pressure/squeezing, which deformed my tip and my rib graft. Now I have a significant bump/dent and a visible line/crack in the tip. My current surgeon doesn’t want to attempt a fourth revision due to the risks of necrosis and other complications, so I’m looking for safe alternatives. I’m particularly interested in autologous fat (lipo) grafting rather than hyaluronic acid fillers. I’d love to hear from doctors if there are non-surgical options suitable for my situation, or under what circumstances a revision could be done safely. PLEASE Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated!
