Considering my large forehead, short neck and wide cheeks, I feel as though my chin elongates my face in an unappealing way. Is there anything that can be done to reduce the length or enhance my chin in order to balance out my features? I would also like to have more defined features, and wanted to know whether or not I would benefit from buccal fat reduction, or other forms of chin/jaw surgery. Your feedback is appreciated.
