I've always had these fat lumps on the back of my thigh since I was a child. I'm fairly thin, but can never seem to get rid of the lumps. It makes me very insecure & it only becomes more noticeable with more weight loss. Am I a good candidate for lipo in the back of my thigh?

Yes, liposuction can be done in this area, but your surgeon needs to be conservative and not take out too much fat.

Your pictures don’t allow for a quality assessment. Lumps may represent fat distribution, how the skin dreams or other ideology. It could be a benign tumor like a lipoma.
Liposuction may or may not be an option but it’s usually not the way we treat a specific lump on the leg.
I suggest having a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons.
