I have a strange predicament where I'm quite thin (5'4, 120 lbs), but my body loves to hang onto this small bulge of fat directly beneath my chin. It makes my jawline look recessed (I know my chin is a bit recessed, but the fat makes it more pronounced) and also makes my chin look longer from the frontal view. The pics are of me normally vs. me holding back the fat underneath my chin with my thumb. Am I a candidate for chin lipo? Any recs if not?
