23, 183cm and 64kg, how can I achieve this side profile? (Photos)

Question

I’m 23, 183cm and 64KG. Looking for advice on what procedure I need to get me the results in the second photo. Been to two clinics, one for liposuction, and one for kybella, and both doctors said I didn’t have enough fat for either procedures to make a difference. One doctor suggested radio frequency to tighten the skin, but after 6 sessions it’s made no difference. I should also mention in the “after” picture, I haven’t touched the chin in anyway - I’ve just moved the tissue beneath it up.

At your BMI, there is no fatty tissue to work on with liposuction.
The main contributions to the shape under the chin in your situation are related to digastric muscles and volume of submandibular glands. There may be a small amount of fatty tissue in the central part of the neck was due to hereditary characteristics.
The deep plane anterior neck lift off short scar neck lift typically addresses these problems. 
It involves reduction of deep seated fatty tissue, digastric muscles and submandibular glands through an access incision under the chin which measures approximately 3 cm. Because these characteristics are related to hereditary aspects, the correction has relatively good longevity.
As you have correctly described and you can see in before and after photographs for people that have this type of surgery, the chin always appears stronger when the volume under the chin is reduced

Hello, hope you are well. The best way for you to approach the results demonstrated in the photoshopped picture is with a surgical neck lift. Subplatysmal (deep) fat needs to be removed to achieve a contour like this. This cannot be done with liposuction; an incision would need to be made under the chin for access and subplatysmal fat removal. Other treatment modalities may enhance the results, but surgery would be the foundation for a neck lift like this.

Did you get treatment or not? Is the 2nd picture photoshopped? Your question is a little confusing.

Sounds like you got Radiofrequency treatment and achieved nice result. If that 2nd pic is a real result, I’d leave it alone.

If it’s a photoshopped image, then the way to achieve that is surgical removal of the deep fat (under platysma) and tightening of the muscle, platysmaplasty

The before photograph demonstrates a recessive chin, and fat deposits located mostly below the platysma muscle in your neck. Consider placement of a chin implant to augment your chin forward for better structural support for the soft tissues in your neck, and a surgical neck lift, which involves removal of the fat deposit above the muscle with liposuction, and surgical extraction of the fat deposit below the muscle, which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline.
