I had chin lipo and platysmaplasty done over a year and a half ago. I have had 4 laser treatments on my scar which has helped soften if but I still have dog ears. My main concern is the skin sagginess. I’m 34, my neck should not look like this! Are there any further treatments I can do to tighten that skin? Do I need a revision? I’m nervous about a revision as my first recovery was not easy and I do have some scar tissue remaining under my chin.
