No, this shouldn't negatively impact your Juvederm results. There may be some swelling which can be reduced with icing. Best, Dr. Emer
Dear CharliesAngel72,you might have swelling or bruising at the site of impact but it shouldn't have any effect on filler. I would suggest you to ice the area. Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery
If you were hit 1 month after the injection, there is little chance the filler will move around.
Thanks for the question. It is unlikely that without direct massaging action you would have displacement of the filler. We generally tell patients not to massage or manipulate their fillers in their lips in order to reduce the risk of displacement, but a single blunt trauma like what you describe is unlikely to cause a problem. Are you seeing any kind of issue?
Hi there, your mouth should be fine. I would recommend that you ice the area. If you have any bruising, use Arnica from either GNC or Whole Foods. Even if your tooth punctured your lip you will still be fine, it will just take more time for your lip to heal. Good luck, Dr. Downie

Icing may help to reduce any swelling or bruising related to the incident. Please be sure to address any specific questions or concerns to your treating doctor. Hope this helps and best wishes!
Thank you for your question. It's unlikely that minor trauma will displace your Juvederm or impact your results. If you are experiencing swelling, you can consider gently applying ice or cool compresses to your lips. I hope this helps!
There is no need to worry. Minimal trauma such as this will not affect the Juvederm. If you have some swelling, ice may help.
What you are describing is extremely rare and typically happens immediately. So, you are in the clear. You can expect to have some swelling and possibly bruising after your filler so don't be concerned. This will resolve within a couple of weeks. Best of luck.
Fillers should be used immediately. I don't ever recommend storing unused filler to be used later on a patient. There is no way to make certain that the filler remains sterile. Hope this helps.
The first thing you should do is contact your physician. My recommendation is to stop massaging the area and let the swelling go down. If you really don't like the jaw, ask your physician if he/she can order hyaluronidase and inject it into the area. It may dissolve the...
