Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Hi there,Your best options to improve this area are either:- Submental liposuction procedure (which can be done under IV sedation + local anesthesia) - performed through 3 small stab incisions (one under chin, and one under each ear lobe). This is usually performed as one session, and results can vary based on a variety of patient factors such as amount/location of fat, skin elasticity, age, etc.-Non-invasive radiofrequency procedure called AGNES RF - this is performed under topical and local numbing injections and involves a small needle going through the skin surface multiple times, heating up/melting the subcutaneous fat while also delivered radiofrequency energy to help stimulate collagen formation for weeks-months following the procedure. If your main issue is fat that is beneath the platysma muscle (true submental fat), then this would not address that deeper fat, but would address the subcutaneous fat that is there. 2-3 sessions are usually required depending on the patient and their expectations.Hope this helps!
