I am getting surgery next week, and my doctor recommended 650cc moderate plus implants based on my BWD. I’ve already had a reduction, but I’m looking for upper pole fullness without making it difficult to wear everyday clothes and look like a pornstar. I’m 5’7” and weigh 132 lbs.
Answer: Choosing Implant Size Thank you for your question. A 650cc implant will create a very noticeable increase in volume. Also, adding such a large volume after a reduction could put stress on your skin and breast tissue, potentially leading to premature sagging as the implants settle over time. To achieve upper pole fullness and maintain a lifted, natural look, consider opting for a smaller implant in the range of 350cc to 500cc. These sizes will enhance your volume without overwhelming your frame and are less likely to lead to sagging or require further revisions in the future. I recommend discussing with your surgeon whether a smaller implant might better help you achieve your desired outcome while avoiding the previous appearance you had before your reduction. You might also consider trying sizers during your consultation to see how smaller implants compare to the 650cc option.

Answer: That willl be a very full breast! That is a large implant. Your dimensions are an important starting point to picking an implant, but your overall size goals matter! Implant selection is usually done using sizers or an imaging tool so you have a visual of what to expect. I'm sure your surgeon did some of this with you, but checking in to confirm your implant selection might be a good idea!

Answer: 650cc Thanks for your question! In my opinion, that is a pretty large implant. I might suggest something a little smaller given that you already had a reduction. That being said, without an in person exam, its difficult to say exactly what you will need. I would suggest trying on implants (if you are able) to see how it will fit your frame. Good luck!
