Hi, Im having breastaugmentation soon, Im worried that Im going too small. I have a very slim build, I weigh 49 kg, and 168cm. My waist is 56 cm and my underbust is 66cm. I am currently a 65A/30A, and I would like a very full b or small c, I am only interested in a very natural result, with a nice shape and more volume, but not too big. Therefore my surgeon recommended the 220cc mini Motiva joy. But I am worried it will be too small, alternative would be 250 demi profile.
Answer: The Best Option For You! HelloThe size of the implant to be placed is related to the looseness of the skin on your breasts. If you want a natural appearance, an implant that would excessively stretch your breast skin should not be used. Additionally, if there is enough fat in your abdominal or waist area, fat injection into the upper and inner parts of the breast can be done to achieve a more natural result. The best way to determine the implant size is by using a sizer during the surgery.

Answer: Breast implants Dear Considerate28138, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Implant selection Either implant will give you a natural result. The 250cc will give you a little more projection and volume. If you are nervous about being too small then the 250cc would be a good choice. Many surgeons have sample implants available that you can "try on" to give you an idea of how you may look after surgery.

Answer: Surgery Although I prefer other brands, I think the 250 cc volume would be best for you, especially if the implants are placed behind the muscle.
