At 12cm, wanting to achieve this look, I would try on sizers from 350-450cc and see which volume you like most. It is very important to pick the volume that you want.

Answer: Possibly high profile but side photo needed A side photo of you would help to see where your nipples are in relation to your breast fold. To achieve similar results, high profile may be recommended based on the photo provided.

Answer: Implants Since the before photos were not shown, I do not know how much actual breast tissue your model had. However, the implants are placed behind the muscle. She could have either moderate plus or high profile depending upon the volume used. I suggest meeting with a plastic surgeon and trying on sizes so you can see what you like. Your surgeon will guide you to the proper height based on the volume selected.
