Moderate or high? 176cm (Photo)

Thank you for providing photos. It does appear that the implants in the photo are high or ultra high profile, giving a lot of projection off of the chest wall. At 12cm, wanting to achieve this look, I would try on sizers from 350-450cc and see which volume you like most. It is very important to pick the volume that you want.

A side photo of you would help to see where your nipples are in relation to your breast fold. To achieve similar results, high profile may be recommended based on the photo provided.

HelloA high-profile 275-300 cc full round breast implant could give you the desired look. However, a 3D imaging study would provide a more precise answer.

You will need probable under me breast implants, also the size I recommend to look similar to the picture its 350-375 round high profile, silicone.

Without before photographs, you cannot tell the type of implants the patient had. However, in your case, your breasts are small but in good position without any descent. I recommend a round smooth silicone implant rather than high profile or moderate because you want to fill the width and give yourself more cleavage like the photograph you desire. Round, smooth silicone implants feel more natural. If you are size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are size 36 or 38, each 200 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can determine the volume required to achieve your desired goal.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

An examination in person would be required to properly determine which implant would help you achieve your desired outcome but your “wish” result is almost certainly only achievable with a “moderate plus” or “high” profile implant. As you already astutely suggested, the diameter of your breast and therefore the implant selection is the most important factor.

As a rule, for the same volume (300 cc), the higher the profile, the narrower the diameter.

Please consult with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon whose results are inline with your own aesthetics based on his or her Before and After gallery. As long as you are a minor you will need an adult such as your Mom to accompany you. Best of luck to you.

Since the before photos were not shown, I do not know how much actual breast tissue your model had. However, the implants are placed behind the muscle. She could have either moderate plus or high profile depending upon the volume used. I suggest meeting with a plastic surgeon and trying on sizes so you can see what you like. Your surgeon will guide you to the proper height based on the volume selected.
