Hey team, I’m getting breast implants on March 4th. I want rounder breasts higher profile and a narrower gap. We opted for dual plane as I gym a lot and I was given two size choices 280 moderate and 335cc. I chose 335 hp, however I’m just nervous they will take away from my small frame as I only wear a size 6. Do you think 335cc would look good and not too top heavy?

Answer: Mini lift with smaller implants At size 30, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 300 cc implants will take you up 3 cup sizes to a DDD. This may look to big for your frame. You would also benefit from a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, small implants can be placed totally submuscular.
