At 3 weeks post-op I came down w/ a cold & have been coughing and sneezing for a week. However, it didn't really become that painful until I combined it today with carrying my 15 month toddler who doesn't walk yet. I had help with her until today. Is this typical soreness or should I be concerned that something else is going on? Also, if I am left to lift her on my own what is the best/worst way to carry her? I find myself favoring my left hip- perhaps that's why I am more sore on that side.
