I have localized areas where my pores are really stretched out. They are very visible, like pot holes, and make me self conscious. I have been recd laser genesis and forever young bbl. I feel like these are offered bc that’s just what is available at these derms. Which one would be best or in all honesty is there no hope in fixing them? These appeared in the last year. I had just had my daughter and have been nursing. I don’t know if there is a link to that. I am 36 Use sunscreen and tretinoin

BBL is safe to use on the face even where there are larger veins visible. In my experience it has been a fantastic tool in improving the texture and color of the skin anywhere on the body.
BBL is a fantastic device on many levels, but it is not great for pore size reduction. BBL will help even skin tone and remove sun damage and redness. It is also known to have anti-aging effects on the skin. Pores are better treated with radio frequency and micro needling. Best of luck, Dr. M
BBL can absolutely be performed on dark skin with cautious settings and if you have had good results, you should have no long term problems. There is Stanford research showing slowing of aging with BBL - there is none of that with MN. Hate to say it, but that really sounds like someone trying ...
