Treatment for damaged pores - Forever Young BBL or Genesis? (photo)

Both BBL and laser genesis will help to reduce the appearance of enlarged pores but it does take many treatments to see improvements. I would recommend switching from a laser device to microneedling which will give you better improvement in a short period of time. You can also look into resurfacing lasers such a Fraxel and Halo, both are great to help minimize the appear especially of enlarged pores. 

Your skin will respond fantastically to BBL.  All the redness that is visible on photo will significantly improve even with one or two treatments.  As far the large pores go, BBL will help but over time.  If you want a more aggressive remedy, combining BBL with Halo Pro (a combination of ablative and non ablative lasers) or any other laser resurfacing tool will help to shrink them down almost immediately.
