This can reduce the post procedural swelling and should decrease the bruising as well.
In my opinion you should not see bruising from a BBL treatment, it could actually be hyper- pigmentation or burns from incorrect treatment settings. When treating dark pigmented lesions with the BBL laser the laser light typically causes the spots to darken then flake off like a scab which can take 3-7 days.Be sure that your skin type is correct and you are a candidate for BBL treatment.
