Best Decision I’ve Made. Do It for YOU!
I am 5 days post op and can already say this was a very smart decision to go with Dr. Roche. I chose him based on his credentials, experience, and the modern techniques he uses. His staff is AMAZING! They answered all of my questions, made me feel important, and most importantly comfortable. I appreciate that I was told straight forward what to expect. Nothing was candy coated, it was very honest and open. I also respect that he incorporates homeopathic options to help with recovery.

Couldn't Be Happier!
I am so pleased all around with my experience with Dr. Roche and his staff. They are all so kind, caring and helpful. The results from my Lipo 360 are wonderful, and keep improving daily. I'm only 6 weeks post-op, but the results are amazing. I was also able to get my Dysport injections during a post-op checkup. I plan on doing a few sessions of Evolve also. Totally worth the drive from the west side of the state!

I have to let you all know that I was extremely nervous before visiting Dr. Roche... I don’t even have to tell you why, I think we have all seen ‘Botched.’ I began my journey with a phone consultation that I scheduled through text. He's the BEST
I had lipo on my stomach/back/banana roll in Feb. 2020 and from the very first consultation I knew I was in the right place. I did a lot of research to find someone I felt would be worthy of a consultation. Dr. Roche has the most updated tools/techniques for lipo which is why I chose him. He is very good at what he does and is very up to date with newer techniques. A lot of other surgeons in Michigan do not have some of the more updated technology for lipo. I am 4 weeks post-op

Dr. Roche did Restylane for me for marionette lines and nasal labia folds. He did a really great job. I had a little bruising the first time ...but that was because I am on a daily aspirin and fish oil. Not Drs fault at all, his office did mention to me to stop my baby aspirin and fish oil 7 days prior and I forgot... The second time I had Restylane, I went off of aspirin and fish oil for 5 days and zero bruising occurred after I was injected. The office is decorated so nicely...very

I came to Dr Gregory Roche for my initial set of saline breast implants in 2005. I was very pleased with the process and results. Dr Roche did a fantastic job of selecting implants that enhanced my appearance yet looked natural on my frame. In 2019 I decided that I was ready for a new set of implants and wanted to try the Gummy Bear implants. Breast Implant Exchange
I had textured saline implants removed and replaced with gummy bear silicone implants. I was nervous about the recall and I could not find my medical records because my previous surgeon had passed away and I did not keep my own records. I had nerve damage and scarring/tissue damage that made me hate my breasts to be touched and a lot of numbness. Dr. Roche met with me twice to answer my questions and we talked about whether to just remove or replace as well. He relieved my concerns
