I don't care too much about the projection, i care more about the front view (no wide gap in middle cleavage & to fill out upper pole)
Answer: 465 UHP Thanks for your question! I can't give you an exact answer without knowing your dimensions, seeing you in person, etc. You do have a wider gap than the patient photos you shared. That being said, you will still get improvement with an implant and an UHP will give you deeper cleavage than other projections. I might suggest a full profile rather than an ultra full, but that's a guess without seeing you. Best of luck!

Answer: Considering 465cc HP implants Hello, 465cc implants are large, and oversized implants can increase the risk of rippling, palpable implants, chronic numbness or pain, sagging, etc. It is important to ensure the implant choice matches your breast anatomy (base width, skin tone, tissue thickness, etc). Your surgeon will be the best source of advice regarding the pros/cons of this implant consideration, as they will know your anatomy and can advise about the risks and advantages.

Answer: Implant size Dear user88888, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Simulation is not completely accurate The Crisalix simulation can give you an idea of size, but no simulation is completely accurate. On the simulation, the breasts tend to look further apart than they will actually be following surgery. In terms of sizing, breast implants are not one size fits all. Some patients may desire a smaller size, where as others want something larger. 465 HP Xtra is not unreasonable, but it is on the larger end of the spectrum.

Answer: Implants Yes, 465 cc will be too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. If you choose an implant that large, you will probably sag with time. Please choose something that fits your frame and tissue. Your surgeon can help guide you to the perfect size.

Answer: Implant selection From the photos it appears you have a wider gap than the sample photos you provided. The implants you mentioned are going to give quite a bit of projection and will increase you multiple cup sizes. To say this is too big or too small for you really depends on your measurements and your goals for surgery. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your goals for surgery and learn more about your options. I've included a video on implant selection that I hope you find helpful
