I had under the muscle, round silicone implants (375 cc’s) 7 months ago. I was a 32A and am now a 32DD. My breasts appear the same size and one side is not more hard than the other. From the beginning, I had more pain/pressure on the right side, but it never fully went away. Some days I won’t have any pain, but if I sleep the wrong way, stretch or move a certain way, then I get a tight pulling sensation on the right. Could this be my muscle?

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully...
The 10 year old implant exchange is based on very old data on the previous implant generations. I do not recommend changing implants unless there a reason to. I would recommend implants and another lift to help achieve further symmetry.
Hello,
I suggest measuring your breast width of both breasts to get an accurate measurement of which size implant would fit you best. All the best, Dr. Joe
