I have very asymmetrical breasts. My surgery is in a week and I still have not 100% decided on my size/projection yet (should I be worried?). My surgeon said he will decide on the day and bring 8 different sizes for intra op sizing...but the thought of shoving implants in and out several times makes me uneasy. Does this cause higher chance of infection/cap contracture ?

BWD is one consideration when selecting the correct implant for a patient. There are exceptions to every rule, but the surgeon must balance the outcome the patient wants with the risks and benefits of different volumes, projections, and implant styles that are available. I encourage you to ask...
You may have torn part of your capsule with jogging and not wearing a good supporting bra. You had too much bounce when you ran. This area should slowly heal. If it continues, get a mammogram and/or ultrasound to check your breast.
