I posted this question on the 24th but my picture was not very good. I currently work as a nurse and do a lot of heavy lifting. I’m concerned that this size may potentially be too big and look too fake for my body. Thank you to everyone who answered to my previous post! I appreciate the insight!

Answer: Implant size Dear sasheeder, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements. Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match. Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: If you want to be a Full D plus it may work In reality, you will need to have your measurements taken by your Plastic Surgeon to make sure that the implant dimensions are appropriate for you. There are several styles of implant so it is just not a volume related item. Many factors come into play. That size would make you a Full D plus. Make sure that is what you want prior to the implant placement. I hope this has helped.

Answer: How big can I go with a Breast Augmentation? Thank you for posting your photo with your question. How big you go, will ultimately depend on what results you want and on weather or not the implants will fit your frame. It is hard to evaluate without an in person evaluation but it seems like 450cc might fit. I do feel though, like there is a real possibility of it looking too big on you. If you want huge breasts then this might be a good choice but if your are looking for a big but natural result, then this would probably be too big. Plus it could be uncomfortable for work. Please understand that without trying sizers on or an in-person evaluation I could only guess. That said if you stick to 400cc or below you will have a much more natural look for sure.Best of luck on your decision,Dr. Miguel Mota
