based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. However, if you are also considering a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), it's essential to know that this procedure requires fat harvested from your own body, usually through liposuction. Therefore, if a BBL is your priority, abdominal and love-handle liposuction could be considered to collect the necessary fat for transfer. If this procedure doesn't meet your expectations for your abdominal appearance, a subsequent tummy tuck could be considered.
Thus, your decision should depend on whether a BBL is part of your desired outcome. A tummy tuck seems more appropriate than liposuction alone to achieve optimal results for your abdomen.

Hello and thank you for the question regarding liposuction or tummy tuck. You had liposuction 10 years ago and you still appear very lean. It would be a mistake to 'over lipo' an area. The older we get, the more laxity we get in our skin, thus making liposuction alone a more risky option. You may be ready for an abdominoplasty but a consultation will ensure that you have enough skin laxity to warrant the procedure.

It depends on the quality of your skin. If it is elastic and firm, then liposuction alone would be sufficient. However, if you skin is loose, then a tummy tuck would be more suitable.

Based on your pictures you are an excellent candidate for a BBL (Brazilian butt lift). You may combine it with a full Tummy Tuck as the tummy tuck will remove fat and skin comprehensively addressing your lower abdominal bulge and liposuction deformities on your lower abdomen. It is important to evaluate you in person to get a sense of skin laxity and the extent of adiposity. Based on your pictures, I believe you will benefit from a tummy tuck with liposuction to contour your waist and remove excess skin.

I believe best option would be a tummy tuck and liposuction of the lovehandles, flanks, and lower back. I believe with just lipo you will still have irregularities of your abdominal wall.

Hello and thank you for your question! in my opinion you appear to have good quality skin with mainly what appears to be a contour irregularity from your previous liposuction. This would be a good candidate area for revision liposuction if skin excess/skin laxity is not the main issue. If there is more skin laxity than the photos suggest or if some component of that "pooch" is actually due to rectus muscle diastasis/separation, then a tummy tuck would be the ideal technique to address those concerns. Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Nothing replaces an in-person examination but most likely the best procedure is a full tummy tuck with liposuction. The tummy tuck will tighten your stomach muscles, helping to achieve a flatter appearance, while removing excess skin and adipose tissue, allowing the shelf to be smoothed.  Liposuction can be used to enhance your tummy tuck results by narrowing your waist and removing isolated areas of diet and exercise resistant fat.  The tradeoff will be the scarring and the likely need for a small vertical scar component. If you would like to try and reduce/smooth the skin you may be able to do a revision liposuction procedure alone but this needs to be assessed after feeling your skin.
