I had lipo 10 years ago. Wasnt deal from the start but i have since gained weight as well. I was always left with an uneven tummy but what i hate the most is that shelf/pooch left right under my belly button. It's not hard, i can squeeze it. Just feels like fatty bit on my tummy. Have recently started looking into BBL but have been told i can do lipo 360 and achieve great results, but have also been told TT is necessary. Opinions ?

It would be a mistake to 'over lipo' an area. The older we get, the more laxity we get in our skin, thus making liposuction alone a more risky option. You may be ready for an abdominoplasty but a consultation will ensure that you have enough skin laxity to warrant the procedure.

Answer: Abdomen You might get good results with additional liposuction to remove the excess fat and nonsurgical EMSculpt to help tighten your abdominal muscles. Otherwise, a min tuck would also work, or a full if you want the flattest and tightest abdomen.

Answer: Depends on skin elasticity It depends on the quality of your skin. If it is elastic and firm, then liposuction alone would be sufficient. However, if you skin is loose, then a tummy tuck would be more suitable.
