based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. However, if you are also considering a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), it's essential to know that this procedure requires fat harvested from your own body, usually through liposuction. Therefore, if a BBL is your priority, abdominal and love-handle liposuction could be considered to collect the necessary fat for transfer. The older we get, the more laxity we get in our skin, thus making liposuction alone a more risky option. It depends on the quality of your skin. If it is elastic and firm, then liposuction alone would be sufficient. However, if you skin is loose, then a tummy tuck would be more suitable.
