As you can see. My stomach is pretty flimsy. I'd like to stage my surgery, get lipo 360 with a bbl in the first surgery. Months later do a tummy tuck. Reason is.. I want to lipo my entire abdomen top and bottom as well as entire back, to get as much fat for bbl. I know my stomach will be even more lose... after lipo, will doing it this way give me good results to get a flatter tummy once I get my tummy tuck?
Answer: Combination surgeries I’d do your bbl and tummy tuck with liposuction at the same time. I perform these in conjunction frequently in otherwise healthy people. You could separate the surgeries to allow greater liposuction volumes more safely but you do not appear to need it based on your pictures

Answer: Tummy Tuck & BBL Thank you for your question & photos! Based on your photos, you would be a great candidate for a tummy tuck with lipo 360. Liposuction will remove excess fat with some retraction of skin. A tummy tuck will address excess skin & repair of muscle. The abdominal wall can be weakened after pregnancy and (or) significant weight gain & loss. By repairing the muscle, not only does the appearance of your abdominal area improve, but your core strength as well. The repair of the muscle will cinch your waist like an inner corset, which will accentuate your curves. We often do BBL's at the same time as a tummy tuck. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. I suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over the options that best address your goals. Answer: Staging Liposuction, BBL, and Tummy Tuck Thanks for your question and photos. Generally speaking, performing the entire operation at one time is considered reasonable, assuming you have limited risk factors. I have absolutely no problem with staging the operation. But, I do feel that the sequencing is important. If we perform the liposuction first, your skin will be somewhat uneven. The problem is that sometimes, the irregularities are nearly impossible to repair. My preference is to perform the tummy tuck first to get everything in place and then return after a few months later to contour your body.

Answer: Will I get the best results by getting lipo 360 and BBL before a tummy tuck? In order to harvest the maximum amount of fat for the BBL it is best to have the Lipo360 with the BBL in the first stage as you currently have planned. You can then proceed with the tummy tuck during the second stage. The approach you have planned will allow you to recover in more comfortable positions as you will not be limited to your sides. Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
