Will I get the best results by getting lipo 360 and BBL before a tummy tuck? (photos)

I’d do your bbl and tummy tuck with liposuction at the same time. I perform these in conjunction frequently in otherwise healthy people. You could separate the surgeries to allow greater liposuction volumes more safely but you do not appear to need it based on your pictures

Thank you for your question & photos!  Based on your photos, you would be a great candidate for a tummy tuck with lipo 360.  Liposuction will remove excess fat with some retraction of skin.  A tummy tuck will address excess skin & repair of muscle.  The abdominal wall can be weakened after pregnancy and (or) significant weight gain & loss.  By repairing the muscle, not only does the appearance of your abdominal area improve, but your core strength as well.  The repair of the muscle will cinch your waist like an inner corset, which will accentuate your curves.  We often do BBL's at the same time as a tummy tuck.  Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. Thanks for your question and photos. Generally speaking, performing the entire operation at one time is considered reasonable, assuming you have limited risk factors. I have absolutely no problem with staging the operation. But, I do feel that the sequencing is important. If we perform the liposuction first, your skin will be somewhat uneven. The problem is that sometimes, the irregularities are nearly impossible to repair. My preference is to perform the tummy tuck first to get everything in place and then return after a few months later to contour your  body. 

If  you are in good health, you could be a good candidate for liposuction, BBL, and TT.  Fat can be taken from many different areas of the  body including abdomen, sides, bra rolls, arms, underarms,  flanks, lower back, upper back, posterior neck, submental areas, jowls, thighs, calves, ankles, and inner knees. You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to  consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with  the liposuction.  In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred, but,  if those sites are not available, other areas can be used.
I perform the TT and liposuction/BBL combination frequently,  because many of my patients only want to go through surgery and recovery one time.   Recovery can be challenging and uncomfortable.   However, there are creative ways to manage the recovery position.  Pillows can be placed under the lower back and the posterior thighs and patients can sleep on the back.  A cushion with a hole cut out can perform a similar role.  There is also a Li-Lo pool mattress with a hole into which you can place your buttocks and sleep on your back. 
You could stage the procedures and have the TT done first; then the liposuction and BBL.  However, the result will not be as tight as liposuction and BBL  first and then TT.   Both can be performed at the same time, but the upper abdomen cannot be aggressively liposuctioned at the time of the TT due to blood supply issues.

Based on these photos, you seem to be a good candidate for a TT and BBL, which can be performed at the same time.  During tummy tuck, extra skin in the lower half of your abdomen including the stretch marks will be removed. In addition, typically the fascial laxity/separation of recti muscles will be taken care of by muscle plication, giving you a flat abdomen.  Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) typically includes a 360 liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, and fat grafting for gluteal augmentation. Liposuction of the flanks will narrow down the waist for an hourglass appearance and adding volume to buttocks in combination with liposuction of the lower back is intended at creating a natural curvy look.  Basically, BBL removes the fat from unwanted areas and transfers it to areas that are desirable.Incision can be placed very low to be hidden under bikini. With proper surgical technique, belly button can be designed to  be a true 'innie'. Recovery from tummy tuck is 1-2 weeks. Strenuous activity and lifting heavy weights should be avoided 6 weeks to 3 months post op. I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice. Best,

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL and TT. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Some plastic surgeons will combine it at the same time. But you can also get BBL first and later tummy tuck. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

As you can see, there are two philosophies on this subject; one who understand and advanced the techniques and art of body sculpting and the other who does "the same old" procedure.If you were my patient, I would do VASER Hi Def Lipo (VHD) 360 degrees which includes the abdomen, pubic area, anterior and lateral rib cage, upper/lower back, lower back fat pad, waist and hips with fat transfer to the buttocks for shaping and enhancement. This gives you the best hourglass figure. This procedure "shrink wraps" the skin around your muscle and bone anatomy. The second advantage is a much shorter and lower abdominoplasty incision 4-6 months after the liposuction, a more youthful definition of the pubic area from a saggy wide pubis to a narrower more vertical youthful form. Although some surgeon will opt to do both procedures in one setting, staging these procedures will allow you to maximize fat removal and optimize both the BBL & Tummy tuck. In addition, shorter operative times have been shown to improve outcomes and decrease risk to the patient. I hope this helps. Best of luck!
