What surgery is best for me? I'm looking at a facelift, neck lift or mini facelift.

Your problem seems to be an excess of roundness and fullness of the cheeks, some cheek bone deficiency and double chin. These are rarely an indication for a face lift. You might want to consider cheek implants, fat injection, buccal fat pad reduction and maybe chin implant with neck defatting. Obviously some profile pictures would help to determine the right alternatives.

Thank you for your question.  You do not have enough loose skin to justify a facelift.  If you have a good skin regime, maybe some chemical peels to brighten your skin then it would appear fresher.  You have nice skin its all good to take care of it.  All The Best 

Looking at your photos you have a very youthful and attractive face.  My impression is that you are likely to have exaggerated concerns relating to a double chin and ill-defined jawline. It is probably best that you seek an opinion from an experienced plastic surgeon who can provide you with some reassurance that you do not need surgery.

You do not yet have enough sagging to justify a facelift. Concentrate on preventing sun damage by protecting your skin with sunscreen, hats and clothing. Have your dermatologist recommend a medical-grade skin care regimen with retinol and hyaluronic acid. Get regular chemical peels. If you do start to see some jowling, the first surgical procedure I’d recommend is a mini lift, with or without a neck lift, depending on your needs. I hope this helps.

Based on your photos you do not need surgery. If you would like a more defined neckline consider either some liposuction or other non-invasive modality suck as radiofrequency treatment or Kybella.I hope this has helped.

Reviewing your photos, a surgical approach is not what comes to mind.  There are minimally invasive options such as Botox facial slimming, Kybella, or Ultherapy which you may want to explore first.  Facial asymmetry is the norm, not the outlier.

Actually - I think you have a pretty, youthful-appearing face.  I don't think you need any kind of facelift at all.  There are a number of options for neck fat reduction - coolsculpting, kybella, liposuction - so those could all be considered as options for your mild double chin.
Also : Don't remove facial fat (above the jawline).  It's a sign of youth - and a precious resource that you'll wish you had in 30 years.

In addition to a mini facelift with neck liposuction, I would treat your facial asymmetry with a left buccal (cheek) fat pad excision, and right facial and jawline fat grafting. I recommend you seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon experienced in facial plastic surgery to discuss your goals, examine you or do a virtual consultation if you are from out of town, and share before/after photographs to give you a better idea of the type of results you can expect to get. Of course, there is help for you.  You certainly do not need a full incision facelift to achieve the results you are seeking.  Although I have often seen other doctors disparage this on this forum, a small incision lift which can go by various names such as an S lift or a Weekend Face Lift, would almost certainly restore your confidence and would give you the results you are seeking.  Choose a surgeon in your area with lots of experience doing these procedures and who is well regarded on this forum.  Good luck!

Hi! After reviewing your photos it seems that you may not need any type of lift. There are several options for you to achieve the look you would like. You have a very youthful look. Possible fillers in areas to help with symmetry and kybella for under the chin. Not much fat there but this could help to dissolve the amount you want. Get a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon and see what their options are.
