Your problem seems to be an excess of roundness and fullness of the cheeks, some cheek bone deficiency and double chin. These are rarely an indication for a face lift. You might want to consider cheek implants, fat injection, buccal fat pad reduction and maybe chin implant with neck defatting. Obviously some profile pictures would help to determine the right alternatives.

Thank you for your question.  You do not have enough loose skin to justify a facelift.  If you have a good skin regime, maybe some chemical peels to brighten your skin then it would appear fresher.  You have nice skin its all good to take care of it.  All The Best 

Looking at your photos you have a very youthful and attractive face.  My impression is that you are likely to have exaggerated concerns relating to a double chin and ill-defined jawline. It is probably best that you seek an opinion from an experienced plastic surgeon who can provide you with some reassurance that you do not need surgery.

You do not yet have enough sagging to justify a facelift. Concentrate on preventing sun damage by protecting your skin with sunscreen, hats and clothing. Have your dermatologist recommend a medical-grade skin care regimen with retinol and hyaluronic acid. Get regular chemical peels. If you do start to see some jowling, the first surgical procedure I’d recommend is a mini lift, with or without a neck lift, depending on your needs. I hope this helps.
