I'm 24 years old, 5'0", 88lbs - but have a round protruding belly. I've never had kids, but looking through toddler photos of me, I've always had this fat lower belly. I recently went from 110lbs down to 88lbs in the last year, by eating clean and exercising moderately 2-4 times a week. Should I keep trying to get a flat belly through exercise + diet, or get liposuction to remove it, since I'm underweight? Concerned that I'll have to be 80lbs before I lose it.
