Im getting my BA in 5days . I’m struggling with 275 cc moderate and 295cc full profile . I’m 5’1 100 pounds .What size will end up for each of them . I want be a nature size C .Thank you all .
Answer: Natural look In in my experience, given your weight and height, I think that that size implant is a bit too large for you. It would be possible to put this implant in place, however, you might look too large and you might have problems from implant deformities, malposition, and an unnatural look. My suggestion is that you see a surgeon with a lot of experience who can show you pictures of patients of theirs who are similar height and weight and parity.I hope this helps.

Answer: Breast Implants / Breast Augmentation Surgery / Breast Enlargement -- Implant Location, Incision Location, Silicone Gel Breast I You need a formal evaluation by a licensed plastic surgeon and expert in breast augmentations to determine what is best for you and your goals.Proper breast enlargement is not a "cookie-cutter" procedure where the same technique is applied to every patient. Every woman who comes to my practice has unique needs and different goals for her breast augmentation. As a board-certified plastic surgeon, I always listen carefully to each woman's concerns and thoroughly discuss the key points of the procedure. I also take into account their overall height and weight, the size and shape of the underlying chest and ribcage, the tightness and elasticity of the skin, and the amount of natural breast tissue. Prior to the procedure, we discuss and make decisions regarding location of the incision, whether to place the implant under or over the chest muscle, and what type of implant to use (I offer multiple types of silicone gel breast implants, as well as saline implants). My experience performing thousands of aesthetic breast surgeries in a wide anatomical range of patients enables me to achieve consistently beautiful and natural results that are customized to each patient’s body type and goals. These results are the product of extensive communication, meticulous planning, and skillfully executed surgery. I suggest consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon and expert in Breast Augmentation surgeries. - Dr. Cohen

Answer: Implants for a petite frame Your photo indicates that you are quite lean, and have limited soft tissue coverage. Without knowing what you actually want your breasts to look like, it is difficult to comment on what would be the best implant choice for you. In my opinion, it is your surgeons responsibility to make that decision based on their experience . You probably would not notice a significant difference with only a 20cc difference in the two implants. In my practice , I typically will use a high profile implant for a given base diameter to achive more upper pole fullnees, unless the patient specifically does not want this.

Answer: Choosing between implant sizes This is a great question and one that is best answered by your surgeon. My suggestion would be to meet your surgeon again and explore the different sizers. Make sure to bring your own clothing so you can see how you will fill out your existing bras, bathing suits and tops. Sizers aren't 100% accurate but they can give us a nice idea. Then, trust your surgeon has done all of their measurements correctly. Explore photos of patients they've operated on and let them know which ones you like. A board certified, experienced plastic surgeon should will want to give you the result you're looking to achieve.

Answer: Size There is a small difference in size between the two implants, with the moderate being a little wider. Your surgeon who has measured you has selected the sizes that will work with your frame and tissue. The fuller profile may look a little more fake, like what you may see if your wear a push up bra.
