Will 200cc be too small with my petite frame?

You need a formal evaluation by a licensed plastic surgeon and expert in breast augmentations to determine what is best for you and your goals.
Proper breast enlargement is not a "cookie-cutter" procedure where the same technique is applied to every patient. Every woman who comes to my practice has unique needs and different goals for her breast augmentation. Hi there!My recommendation would be to consult with a few different plastic surgeons. Be sure to share a few sample photos, and clearly articulate your goals. From there your doctor will take quite a few different measurements and inquire about your lifestyle. He or she should provide you with various sizers to try on. I recommend you bring your existing clothing so you can see how the various sizes will look in your bras, bathing suits, and tops. This should give you a nice idea of your end result. Good luck!

Without photos to look at, it is difficult to offer more than general thoughts.  For a petite woman who wears an A or small B cup bra size, I think an implant size of 200-250 cc will enlarge you into an average to full B size.  You should try on different sizes in a bra at the surgeon's office to see how you look with a blouse or T-shirt on to get an idea what you like.  The "profile" of the implant will affect whether the upper border is more sloping or a more defined elevation from your chest wall.  And also keep in mind that when the implants are placed behind the muscle, you don't look quite as large as when you are trying them on in a bra in the office.

Without examing you, it is impossible to determine what might be the ideal implant size for you. A number of factors must be considered when selecting the correct implant for a given patient. In my opinion, only the surgeon has the knowledge and experience to do this...it should not be the responsibility of the patient. Select an experienced surgeon with good results, communicate to them what you want your breasts to look like, and trust them to make the right decision. This relieves you of the anxiety of implant selection preoperatively.

It is great that you know what you want to be done.The size and shape of the implants for breast augmentation procedures should be determined with careful measurement and using sizing system. I agree with you that very large implants in the petite person does not look great, but with appropriate sizing you might find that you like the bigger implants. I recommend that to be evaluated with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good Luck!

A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to guide you to the correct size implant for your measurements and desires.  Measurements of the chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy. Recommend that you try on a profile bra with various implant sizes (such as the 200 cc and 250cc silicone round) under a tailored blouse, tight sweater, swimsuit, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. If they are too small, increase the size by 50cc.
I would recommend that you go with the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy.  Choosing an implant based on an aesthetic goal that exceeds your anatomic capacity may lead to complications and possibly revision.

Determining the appropriate volume of breast implants to use is something that has to be determined during a personal consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine you and review your options.  Pictures are nice but no substitute for an in-person examination.  Different doctors have different ways that they like to use to determine which volume and type of implants to use.  There is no formula that we all use to determine size.  Also, cup sizes are a bit vague as bra manufacturers do not have standard cup sizes.  Rather than seek advice on this website, I think you would be better served by seeing more than one board-certified plastic surgeons who can examine you in person and give you a better opinion about what size might work best for you.  It never hurts to get other perspectives.
