What's the difference between J lift breast, Spair breast lift, and lollipop lift in terms of variation in technique? (Photo)

While I commend you on your diligence in researching this topic, sometimes too much knowledge can be more confusing than helpful.  In a practical sense, what counts is the final result -- not so much the technique used. This is similar to deciding on a road trip -- it doesn't matter what route you take as long as you get to the desired destination.My best suggestion is to devote as much time to researching your potential surgeon.  Virtually any technique can provide good results if the hands of the surgeon are excellent.  Thus, make sure you have consulted with a plastic surgeon who is board certified and who can demonstrate a large number of similar operations to you.Good luck!Dr Jacobs

Over the internet is last place to give a very detailed discussion as to ALL the types of full lifts. In short the J lift and the lollipop lift are the same. While the Spair technique is more of a reduction than lifting operation. But again better for IN PERSON discussions. 

The three techniques can vary by the pedicle used and the skin excision pattern.  All can give nice results. Some surgeons are more comfortable using some versus others. I prefer the lollipop and give a course on this at the ASAPS national meeting.

There are many different types of breast lift and breast reduction procedures.  The ones you have mentioned are very similar with an incision around the areola, one down the breast, and a curve or an inverted "T" at the bottom.  The inside part of the breast lift are fairly similar and have similar long term results.All the best,Dr. Remus Repta
