This appears to be shedding. If you are still concerned, it is best to contact your surgeon for all post-surgery issues.
Those look like the hair above the follicle, not the follicle itself. Continue with the directions of care you were given. You will see final results at 12-18 months after your procedure.
The picture you have posted appears to be normal shedding of scabs. The transplanted hairs will continue to fall out over the course of 4-8 weeks. This is expected. The remaining follicles will be embedded within the skin and will start to grow after 2 months.
What you are experiencing is entirely normal. Over the next few weeks, all the scabs and hair shafts will shed and start to regrow at about 3 months,Dr. Robert Jones
No, from the pictures it doesn't look like the hair follicles have fallen out. It looks like scabs, some skin caps, and lots of hair shafts, which are expected post op. The follicles should still be safe and sound in the skin and will start to produce a new hair shaft in approximately 3 months.
Those look like hairs that are being shed from the transplanted grafts as expected. Proper washing can help with scabs and crusts. If they're significant at this point and/or you're seeing dead tissue, it would be worth a visit to your surgeon for a cleansing and evaluation.

Transplanted hair will start to regrow only after 3-4 months from now. regards,
This appears to be normal shedding post hair transplant. This is expected and nothing to be concerned about. The transplanted hairs will start to grow at 3 months and will take a full year for all of the hairs to grow.
You are undergoing shedding which is normal after a hair transplant. This will continue up to a month and then there should be nothing there until the new hair starts growing in 2-5 months

Your donor area will always look "thinner" proportionate to the number of hairs taken out after a FUE harvesting surgery. The hairs will NOT grow back from the donor area (where it was taken). If it all goes to plan the donor hairs will grow in the area it was transplanted. It may take 6 to ...
