I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jones and his team. They were courteous, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they did a superb job with my procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Dr. Jones and his staff are, in my opinion, First Class and easily rate FIVE BIG STARS. Can't say enough good things about my hair transplant experience with these Super people. Zero complaints. Dr. Jones has provided me with a new lease on life. I only had about 1500 grafts but the results have been dramatic and Im very happy with my surgery. I underwent the no shave fue option earlier this year, iam kinda considering going in for more grafts but im pretty happy right now so im a little on the fence. I interviewed a handful of doctors in toronto before choosing dr jones and I know Ive made the right decision, the results speak for themselves and im thankful to this clinic for all their work

Both Dr. Jones and Dr. Huber are very professional and experienced in the FUE procedure. They demonstrate a great deal of proficiency, efficiency and precision in selecting follicles, surgical incisions and replanting follicles where needed to give you back a full head of hair. I would describe them as 'experts' in their field. Their support staff is also very experienced and professional exhibiting a high degree of patience, dedication and precision in completing their parts of the procedure. All in all a very impressive team of people!

Dr. Jones and his staff are incredible! They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and provided a wonderful experience, and the results speak for themselves! My hair is thicker and fuller ever since the procedure. I highly recommend speaking to Dr. Jones if you are considering this procedure!

Time, pain, and money... but totally worth it... even if just for my own self esteem! This 8 year later... just haven't taken the time for a full follow-up. Good luck... Key observations is to 1) Allow time to heal 2) Pay for the better work on the hair line 3) Fill-in later with a less-expensive (but reputable) team. Expect almost a full year to see the results of each step. Good luck.

Ive had 3 PRP treatments already and I can see the results, its quite amazing. I think I have at least a quarter more thickness than I did before starting the plasma treatments. The cost wasnt too damaging and Im happy this service exists - a hair transplant was not an option for me. Im looking forward to seeing the end results and would recommend PRP Injections to any woman suffering from hair loss.

I went to see Dr. Jones about a year ago for a large FUE procedure. He removed over 3000 grafts in about 2 hours, which seemed fast, but he insisted that I look at and count the grafts, so I know for sure that he got that number. He also photographed the grafts and sent me a picture! Healing was uneventful, I was able to go back to work in about a week, I followed his post care instructions to the tee. Growth started at about 3 or 4 months and by 8 months I was happy. The procedure more than met me expectations. Dr Jones and his team were very professional. He removed all the grafts himself ( a lot of clinics have techs removing the grafts!). He was also available by text after the procedure, I had a questions and he responded immediately. Good luck with your hair restoration, if your looking for a good doctor, I can recommend Dr. Jones and his team.

I had a hair transplant done back in the 90s that left a terrible scar across the back of my head. I didnt really care about it for years but then when I started to lose more hair overtime it really became obvious. When I got engaged I wanted to look my best for the wedding (which is this christmas) because everybody wants to look their best for their wedding! We had a little money left in the budget and I booked an appointment with Dr. Jones

Im from Michigan but travel to the GTA frequently for work, and after all the reviews I read and homework I did we decided we wanted him to be my doctor. I sent Dr. Jones pictures and he got back to me and we booked my procedure date after a lengthy Skype consultation.

Anyways, his practice was really nice and clean and I found him to be just as professional in person as he was over email. The procedure was mildly painless and the results have been fantastic. The scar is still there (of course) but now its not noticeable and Im really happy with my work. The density is as I expected and I can even put gel in there now.

Dr. jones is a fantastic doctor and his clinic is top of the line. Im very happy with my results and even more pleased with how the procedure went. I felt at home there and they never left me wondering "whats next" which is what usually makes my anxiety so high in hospital setting. I had 2500 grafts to thicken up the area with hair loss and Im happy I choose this doctor and his staff because this was a very big and expensive decision for me. I thank you so much thank you guys

I had a large strip procedure a couple of years ago and was in for a follow up. I've had good results, I'm very happy, Dr. Jones directed me to this site to share my experience. I went for several consults in the Toronto area, I chose Dr. Jones because he and his team specialized in hair transplants. A lot of other doctor do a number of different cosmetic procedures, where Dr. Jones just does hair!! The whole procedure went very smoothly, he and his staff explained in detail what to expect before during and after. A had a couple of questions after the procedure, Dr. Jones always responded quickly to texts and answered my questions. The hair started to grow 3 months after and by 8 months had more than met my expectations. I am very happy I did the procedure and happy with the doctor I chose.
