Will they fall out naturally with new hair growth to follow? Had FUE with 3000 follicles last Dec17. Good progress in hair growth, though density is lacking. Noticed many stubble type hair that is not growing out fully. They feel rough and sharp to the touch. I pulled a few and they glided out quite easily. I've taken a magnified picture of this shaft and wanted to understand what this may be? The curved end is below the skin level Dead hair in a healthy follicle? Should I pull out these dead hairs with tweezers? Will new hair grow in the follicle?
Answer: 10 months post-op After 10 months, you should begin to see some hair growth. If you are concerned please follow up with your doctor for an exam.

Answer: NeoGraft Hair Restoration Thank you for your question. Keep in mind that it takes time for your existing hair to fall out and for the regrowth cycle to occur. Many patients require up to six sessions, along with two maintenance treatments, for the best results. Always work with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. Best wishes,

Answer: Hair stubble More than likely those are the hair shafts from the grafted hair that just didn't fall out yet. What you can do is allow them to fall out naturally, or just wash your hair more to help them fall off easily. I wouldn't recommend you pull them as they could be hair that is still dormant and will eventually grow out.

Answer: Short hair stubbles not growing No, they do not fall out naturally with new hair growth. Actually those are death follicular unit's hair shafts and should better to pull them out with tweezers.
