Hello In a Brazilian Butt Lift the fat can be transferred more to the middle of the buttock in order to achieve a more "customized" projection in that area assuming that your anatomy would allow that. Your desires should be expressed to your plastic surgeon prior to your surgery. thank you
You can certainly have the majority of the fat injected into the central portion of your buttock if that is your preference. Be sure to communicate this with your plastic surgeon. Depending on your anatomy, the procedure can be tailored to suit your needs. Best wishes, Dr.Bruno
Brazilian buttlift results are highly surgeon dependent. The results can be tailored as you would like by the right surgeon. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA
A photo and physical exam is needed to make any recommendations. The BBL procedure involves harvest fat from areas of your body where there is excess fat and injecting that fat carefully into the central zone of your buttock. In addition, it involves liposculpting the buttock to facilitate a more rounded look. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy. Please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon to learn more about your options.
The answer to your question is yes. In a Brazilian butt lift you can fill the center to increase projection without filling the sides to increase width. Heart shaped is a popular shape as well as the upside down heart shape. Discuss your desires and make certain this is understood by your plastic surgeon.
Brazilian Butt lift involves removing fat from areas around the love handles, thighs, and lower back and abdomen. The fat can be transferred to the area of maximal projection , mid butt, you need to participate in the decision as to where the fat is removed and where you want it put in
Hello, Thank you for sharing the information, it is a pleasure for me to answer your question. It is difficult to evaluate the options without seeing photos,It is advisable to consult with a certified plastic surgeon, for a good evaluation, to provide you with all the information you need to know about the appropriate recommendations, so that you can achieve the desired goals in your body. I hope this answer will help you My best wishes for you...
The BBL is one of the more common surgeries I do. The good news is you can custom design your own look. The butt is designed in five zones for a fat fill. Just pick two or three areas for improvement. Best wishes.
Please remember that the words or name Brazillian Butt lift is just another silly advertising nomenclature for FAT TO THE BUTTOCKS. It could just as easily be called the Nanty-Glo Butt Lift, or the Maine Butt Lift etc and on and on. It is just as the other doctor nicely described.....it is fat remove and then placed artistically on the buttocks. The decision of where to remove the fat as well as how the buttocks should look is a decision the patient must participate in. I much prefer the cute buttocks fullness that you describe and desire, over the balloon shaped bubble butt that seems to attract the fancy of some. You are right on the money with your desire. You will end up with a cute and beautiful buttocks worthy of Vogue as opposed to a baloon buttock that may even interfere with athletics. Can you imagine dashing across the tennis court with a very large bubble buttocks. No way. Talk to several ELITE surgeons with ABPS and FACS credentials. Be sure that they do a LOT OF BUTTOCKS enhancements. Be sure they hear you. Your on the right track. My Best, Dr C
You should absolutely follow up with your plastic surgeon to address the fluid asap. You should always contact your plastic surgeons office immediately with any issues that you are having post surgery.
Our bodies are not symmetric from side to side and can never be made exactly symmetric, even with plastic surgery. In this situation, a limited liposuction to the affected side will help, but there will still be asymmetry, you will need to weight the risk/reward ratio carefully before...
At 6 weeks postop it is safe to resume exercise. By this time the wounds have healed enough to withstand the stretching. This does not mean that you are fully recovered, will not get swelling or discomfort. I typically tell patients to ease into their regular routine and see...
