Since I was 16, my main problem was a square chin and protruding cheekbones. A couple of months ago, I had a chin filler done at a clinic to create a V line, but I couldn’t achieve a beautiful result because the angles still made it look big. Then I decided to get a surgery to remove this complex that I’ve been living with for 6 years. I went to consultations at some clinics, but they didn’t give me confidence. Then I accidentally found out about the Banobagi clinic. When I visited the clinic, a Russian translator was waiting for me, who guided me for consultation. Doctor explained to me exactly how the surgery would be performed. He inspired confidence from the very first moment. The doctor was one of the first to perform contour plastic surgery in Korea and has performed hundreds of surgeries over more than 20 years. I also had a consultation with another doctor about liposuction. In fact, we didn’t have to consult for so long because he already knew what I wanted and what my body needed. After two meetings, I was sure that this was the clinic I was looking for. The day before the operation, I had a day of tests (blood test, ECG, bone scan), and they also took a before photo. I also did not drink water or eat for 10 hours before the operation I was very worried on the day of the operation and I met the doctor again. He made drawings and explained what the operation would be like again, which made me calm down. After the operation : The operation went well, the anesthesia was also good, I did not feel sick after waking up, my body was a little cold. It was a little painful, but they gave me a painkiller. All day in the ward, nurses came to me and asked how I was feeling, put in IVs and placed ice packs on my chin. On the next day, there was no pain in my face at all, only my body hurt. I could drink water. During the week, the swelling on my face grew bigger and bigger and then began to go away very slowly. In the first month after the operation, my face and body recovered day by day. Although my reflection in the mirror was far from what I expected (since my face was very swollen) and I had difficulty with normal activities such as eating, I knew that I had made the right decision to change my life. A month after the surgery, my body looked very thin, there were no unevenness at all. My face was numb in some parts and the entire lower part of my face was swollen. Now, two months after the surgery, my face looks very harmonious and feminine, without angles (despite the fact that the tip of my chin is still numb and swollen. But by the 6th month, all the swelling will subside and it will become even smaller). My reflection in the mirror now matches how I see myself. Now I do not get stressed by my appearance and can simply enjoy life. In the end, I am glad that I went through this path, and I am grateful for everything I received from medical professionals. I feel confident and happy with how my appearance has changed :)
Had rhinoplasty + alar reduction and epicanthoplasty with dr Lee Hyun Taek. Very busy doctor but he is definitely skill full and amazing. I love my results so far, its sooo natural. And the translator Rachel was really friendly. Overall its a warm experience at banobagi. Would 100% recommend it!
I got liposuction on my chin. The results are great and the price was very low, but I was rushed through the process and didn't feel like my concerns were addressed. I encourage everyone considering Banobagi to read the following article: https://www.cnn.com/2021/04/10/asia/south-korea-ghost-doctors-plastic-surgery-intl-hnk-dst/index.html The first time I went in for a consultation, I spent the majority of my time talking to women who were not nurses nor doctors about the details of what I wanted. I saw the doctor once for about 30 seconds before our meeting ended. On the day of the procedure, I went in and was rushed around and I did not even see the doctor before I went under! There were about 6 other people in the room with me and I was put under before I could see his face. This bothered me because I had made it very, very clear that I was aware of the issue surrounding ghost doctors in Korea and wanted to see him before I went in. Went I came back for a check-up two weeks later, I had the same issue- the doctor came for, no exaggeration, ten seconds, told me I looked fine, then left. That aspect of the experience really freaked me out and left kind of a bad taste in my mouth. However, I do love the results. I had always been self-conscious about my double chin, and felt that they took the exact right amount of fat out. The result doesn't look overdone at all, and there are no scars. I was a little worried about not being put under general anesthesia but I was essentially unconscious and had some nice, trippy, colorful dreams. They let me leave after about an hour (though I was still loopy) and I caught a cab home. I was told not to drink for two weeks by one person at the clinic and a month by another. I paid $1300. Also, I've heard from multiple people that you can try to bargain at the clinic, though I did not try.
Got v line done at Banobagi Plastic Surgery on November 22. Was very nervous, because of possibility to get botched results. I knew about all risks but the desire and ability to reshape my face was too strong. A week after my surgery I was very swollen, pain was quite light, so I could go with no pills. Dr. Oh said in advance that swelling will last some time and different people have different rehab, which seems very obvious and reasonable to me. So, the first week, it was really difficult to eat, swelling was wild but I looked forward for better times. By the 4th week my face looked a bit asymmetrical as swelling on the left side was a bit bigger which, honestly bothered me a lot. As for now, I’m still swollen, my chin is still numb, guess I’m from a “very-slow-recovery” category but I hope things will get better soon and can’t wait to see my final results. Updated on 21 Feb 2019: So, it’s 13th week of my recovery and things got much better. My chin is tingling from time to time, which I believe is a good sign. I can feel now with almost every sell of my face when it gets frozen or warm. In general, I feel quite good. People around noticing changes and keep saying that I look much prettier but I’m still noticing slight asymmetry. I asked about it Banobagi and they said that it might be because of swelling and I still need to wait. Updated on 21 Mar 2019: Basically, the recovery is almost complete. I can feel it on because swelling is totally gone and my face is no longer asymmetrical and chin sensitivity is 100% restored. I know, I’m supposed to wait at least 6 months for final results etc. but I think at this stage most of the recovery is done. Important thing to mention here is Banobagi staff attitude. They were very supportive not only when I was there but even after I went back home and kept in touch all the time. I’m really satisfied with my surgery results!
On August 29th, 2018, I had a breast augmentation Surgery in Seoul, South Korea. I am a 32 year old woman from Switzerland, of African origins. Working as a consultant and traveling a few times a year to Seoul for business, I was already familiar with the city and the top cosmetic surgery industry which is why I decided on doing the procedure in Seoul instead of choosing an European country. I was lucky to meet with Mona and Dean from Seoul Cosmetic Surgery during a business exposition on the beauty industry that I attended to earlier this year. I connected right away with Mona Hanson. As a black woman working in the Korean Beauty industry for years, she understood my needs and apprehensions about having surgery in a foreign country, with no point of references and the language barrier. Her and Dean dedicated their time and resources to help foreigners like me navigate the Cosmetic surgery field and get the best services in the most comfortable way possible. Seoul Cosmetic Surgery (SCS) is a government approved, medical tourist agency based in Seoul with an emphasis on helping foreign clients who are traveling to Korea for cosmetic surgery. They curate the best doctors, clinics and procedures for traveling clients as well as taking care of any logistic aspects like travel plans, accommodations, pre/after operation care. They proposed Banobagi clinic (which I already knew from my research) and Dr. Han, Kyu Nam to do my breast augmentation procedure. Dr. Han listened and answered to all of my questions (even the technical stuffs) and made sure I understood how he will proceed for my operation step by step. I had a vague idea of what I wanted (natural looking, a full C cup/small D cup). I finally got Motiva Ergonomix implants (without chips), 400cc, Dual plane (under the muscles) with Infra-mammary fold correction. I'm incredibly satisfied with results 2 months after the procedure. The scars have almost entirely dissapeared, and the implants have dropped nicely and settled in. The Banobagi clinic and staffs have been very helpful and profesionnal the whole time. I definitly recommend that clinic for foreign patients as they are used to deal with us, and I recommend Seoul Cosmetic Surgery as a medium to make the whole experience run smoothly and and safely. Hey all! I’m Sophie. Have done chin surgery few years ago in south korea and live happily ever after. I’ve been very dissatisfied with the shape of my face and lack of balance. Shaved some bone to make my angular chin look more v-shaped and face in general a bit slimmer and smaller. Got quite positive experience and liked everything about the surgery. I’m so thankful to Banobagi Plastic Surgery for hosting and comforting me and being very warm and friendly to me. Special thanks to my doctor Oh Chang Hyung for transforming me into more confident and beautiful woman and giving the result I dreamt about so many years. For me, he is the most skilled doctor ever. Although, the bone sliding surgery is considered to be one of the most complicated, doctor Oh made me feel very calm and easy. The recovery was pretty tough but I was ready for everything. I endured all pain and discomfort for getting stunning result. I’m endlessly proud of myself for daring, proceeding and going through all that. Thank you everyone for reading my story!
Basically, many people call it v-line but I didn’t find most appropriate category. For me a triangular, oval and v-shaped chin is considered to be a sign of aristocratic origin and ideal proportions of the lower part of the face were calculated back in the Renaissance. If you draw a line from the middle of between lips and chin interval and if it intersects with the ascending point of your lower jaw, the formed angle should be 100-110 degree. Such proportion creates a V-line but my face reminded more U-shape. Hopefully, abilities of modern surgery allow to change the shape of the lower third of the face and bring it closer to the desired oval or triangle. For a facial contouring I decided there is no better place than South Korea and while searching for a good and reputable hospital I chose BANOBAGI PLASTIC SURGERY. At the primary consultation with Dr.Park, he assessed the nature and severity of defects and possible deformations. We determined goals of surgical correction and most importantly, Dr.Park carefully listened to all my expectations and what aesthetic result I want to receive from the operation. A mandatory element of preparation for facial contouring was full face examination in combination with x-ray and ct shoots for a more accurate determination of the amount of bone tissue in the correction zone and teeth assessment. Since I had no problems with my bite, there was no need for an orthognathic surgery. According to the results, Dr.Park made a simple computer modeling to predict the possible outcome and developed an optimal strategy. The surgery included changes in the contour of lower jaw by resecting corners and excision of a small area of bone tissue in the center of my chin and movement forward, in other words narrowing of the chin by the T-osteotomy method. Before the operation itself I passed through a mandatory diagnostic examination which included blood tests, electrocardiogram and tests for dangerous viral infections. Since my blood coagulability results weren’t good enough an additional diagnostic procedures and consultations with a narrower specialist was appointed. The main purpose of preoperative examination was to reduce the degree of operational risk and avoid any complications, hopefully further results were positive and my operation was postponed only to 1 more day. The surgery lasted for about 2 hours under general anesthesia and as in the overwhelming majority of cases, the access was intraoral through incisions behind wisdom teeth and along the lower gum under the lower front teeth. My doc left no traces on my face and all stitches were inside my mouth. A compulsory period of postoperative hospital stay was 1 night. As any other patient who underwent facial contouring surgery I felt pain, discomfort and pressure but as any other man I bearded everything with dignity. Right after the surgery a very tight bandage was fixing my jaw which I wore for a week. The active rehabilitation period with bruising and severe swelling lasted for about 2 weeks. During that period, it was very important and necessary to use a mask and eat only special food. My face was completely restored within about 3 months but to return to my usual daily life I could only 4 months later and my final result could be seen only 6 months after.
Sup! This is my 32 day after zygoma reduction with v line surgery at banobagi. I’m still a bit swollen and my face is still half-numb but I feel much better. Hopefully the pain is not as bad as it was the first half of my recovery. Still try to keep my head elevated as it’s the main key to reduce swelling and walk around as long as I can to encourage my blood circulation and promote healing. During my consultation with Dr. Park he carefully evaluated the skin elasticity and texture in order to escape any sagging, so hope there wouldn’t be any after all. Updated on 27 Nov 2018: So, it’s been almost 3 months since I got surgeries done in Seoul. My face is no longer swollen or numb. The result looks stunning so far and I almost returned to my common lifestyle. Surprisingly, but I experience no skin laxity and my face looks noticeably improved. Although I felt super nervous about my results, I made the right choice when decided to go along with Dr. [RS bleep]. He is very sincere and extremely skilled, listened to all my concerns and comforted me from the beginning. And his staff was super welcoming, warm and very professional. They were available to assist 24/7 on any concern. Got an amazing experience so far. Updated on 27 Dec 2018: Hey there! Hard to believe but I think I’m 99% healed! Dr.Park did something fabulous! Truly speaking I was very concerned about nerves damage, as I know it’s permanent and, in most cases, nerves never regenerate. Of course, there is always a risk but GEE, I was in right hands, thanks GOD! The result is obviously amazing and beautiful and I love it! Satisfied all 200%!
Today is 1 week post op and my feelings about procedures and results are a bit unsure. I got facial contouring and rhinoplasty done at banobagi hospital in seoul and my surgeons were dr Oh Changhyun and dr Kim Harkyoung. At this moment it’s a bit difficult to say how much bone was shaved as my face is still very swollen and I have to wear tightening bandage few hours a day and cover my nose. Hopefully bruising wasn’t wild, so by this week it’s completely gone, hope to see noticeable changes very soon. Also, I’m a little concerned about skin sagging but dr Oh keep ensuring me that I’ll experience none, so let’s see… I was in slight pain the first day but now I don’t even take painkillers, although discomfort is literally killing me. Sadly, but there is nothing to do with it… I can’t normally eat or yawn because I can barely open my mouth and my chin is numb, hope that will improve very shortly. I was told that walking helps to get rid of swelling faster, so I try to walk at least 4-5 hours a day. Also, the assistant told to keep my head over heart and lay only on my back while I’m sleeping and put ice packs as often as I can. My current nutrition reminds me my 6-months niece’s food lol. Everything should be liquid or blended. The next week is gonna be my final check-up with dr Oh and last post op treatment at banobagi. All stitches will be removed next week as well. The assistant also mentioned some restrictions in terms of physical activities, alcohol, smoking, sauna etc. but that only for 1 month, as far as I remember. Will try keep my review updated. Updated on 21 Oct 2018: So, it’s been 4 weeks since I proceeded my plastic surgeries at banobagi. Time flies fast! By the 2 week of my recovery I found out that cold smoothies and shakes work good on swelling. Now it remarkably went down and I’ve noticed dramatic improvements in terms of my face contour lately. I think it definitely became more feminine. Although, my menu hasn’t changed a lot, but I at least I can chew and now my nutrition mostly consists of boiled eggs and vegetables, tofu with sausages or cutlets. Well, everything that doesn’t require to strain my chewing muscles too much. Still experience a little discomfort because can’t normally open my mouth. Chin numbness is also slowly going down and I feel slight tingling in that area from time to time, from what I know it’s quite a good sign. However, my main concern about skin sagging still remains the same. I think that 1 month is not enough to judge and yet I don’t experience any. Updated on 18 Nov 2018: Two months post op. Swelling is completely gone, now I got it only in the morning but by the lunch time it totally disappears. Have to exercise my mouth several times a day but the openness is still not as same as it was before op and yet discomfort I experienced earlier is gone. Still a little unsure about skin sagging but I truly believe in dr Oh’s promise regarding it. 2 weeks ago I’ve changed my nutrition a bit and now I can eat more solid food like apples and chocolate bars. Chin’s sensitivity hasn’t been fully restored but all in all I feel much better. Updated on 20 Dec 2018: 3 months post op and I’m 99% healed. Swelling is totally gone, no more discomfort, no numbness, no tingling and most importantly, no skin sagging! My results are truly amazing and I think they look quite natural. Dr Oh made a really good job! It definitely exceeded all my expectations and btw, now I can eat everything I want. After persistent mouth exercises by the end of the 6th week I was able to open it wide enough to eat a whole burger without cutting it into small parts. Although, dr Oh said a complete recovery may take 5-6 months but I feel so great that can’t even imagine if it can be better. Finally, have no problems with yawing or chewing! I’m fully satisfied with my surgeries results and so glad that could challenge myself to proceed them. Don’t regret about the time, efforts and money I spent at all. Sincerely grateful to dr Oh and the entire banobagi staff for everything! So, cheers everyone!
Hello, I’m posting on this site (and others) about my experience with going through getting breast augmentation in South Korea. Since sites such as this greatly helped, I’d like to contribute back to the community. Plus, I’m pretty excited and want to share :P I just arrived in Seoul, and everything is a bit surreal. As an American, people might wonder why I decided to travel thousands of miles to get a boob job. My reasons are two-fold: I’m Korean and have been to Korea many times, so not only am I familiar with the country, but I’m aware of their advanced and innovative technology and high skill set in plastic surgery. Also, since I am Asian, I thought surgeons whose clientele consists mostly of Asians would be an advantage. I've always wanted breast augmentation since I realized my breasts weren’t going to get any bigger after puberty, so I did a ton of research over the past decade. I finally saved enough money, and I’m doing it! Selecting the Right Clinic: Plastic surgery is everywhere in South Korea and there are so many famous clinics to choose from. The options were a bit overwhelming. I watched a lot of vlogs and read many accounts of using a medical tourism company, so I decided to do that for myself. I thought this would be best for me because they would have the experience of knowing which clinic would be best for me whilst holding my hand the whole time. I’ll be in another country alone and would like to know someone is physically there to support me. I was deciding between Docfinder and Seoul Cosmetic Surgery (SCS). I ended up choosing SCS because they quickly responded to any questions I had quickly and they felt more personal. We discussed what I wanted for myself and the rep at SCS thought Banobagi and JK would be the best options for me. I was a bit more interested in Banobagi because I’ve seen YouTube videos of others’ surgeries and their doctors were on the famous TV show, “Let Me In,” where they completely transformed people via surgery. Before I knew it, they booked the appointments and I got my plane ticket. It was a pretty long flight, so it was a huge relief to see a sign with my name once I exited the arrival gate. SCS arranged a private driver to pick me up from the airport and drive me to my Airbnb. The moment I got in and had WiFi, I got a message from them to make sure I checked in okay. It was pretty nice. It's 7 PM in Seoul now, and I’m pretty pooped from all the traveling. I’m gonna head to bed now to rest up for my appointments tomorrow. I really can’t wait. SCS said I should be able to book the surgery on the day of or a day after the consultations so it won’t be long before I get my boobs! As a reference, here are some of my before pics. I also put a pic of how big I’d like my breasts to be (and yes, I got tats). Updated on 18 Sep 2018: Hey guys! Here's my updated with the consultations. I first went to JK in the morning. I met up with Mona, the representative I was mostly working with from the beginning from SCS, in the lobby. The clinic had its own building and I was pretty impressed with the modern and chic decor. I chatted with Mona for a while until I noticed it was 30 minutes past our appointment time. One thing I hate is waiting. After a few minutes more, a consultant (who spoke English) came and took us to a room to discuss what I wanted. I just told her I wanted a breast augmentation and the general size I would like. She filled out the chart and then took me to a locker area to change in to a gown. After doing so, they then ushered us into another consultation room. Mona was with me the whole time, which I appreciated. Finally, the doctor came. He examined my breasts and then listed what he could do and cannot do. He seemed knowledgeable about his specialty but what really threw me off was his attitude. I could tell he was in a hurry and was kind of impatient with the list of questions I had. He would often say that the consultant can answer specific questions. He then focused on my face and mentioned that my nose was slightly crooked and should have that fixed too. Although I appreciate his honest critique, I didn't come here for rhinoplasty. I just wanted a boob job. That made me think maybe he was fishing for additional procedures to do. Afterwards, we met with a financial consultant who broke down the numbers. By the end of this rather long experience, I was kind of over the place. I was kind of glad when we got out of there and headed to our next place, Banobagi. We took a taxi to Banobagi, which wasn't too far. The clinic, again, was the whole building. Walking in, I instantly like the warmness of the lobby. The receptionists were friendly and offered me some coffee. After just about 10 minutes, my name was called and the consultant assigned to me greeted us at the elevator. Again, Mona was with me. We got off the floor of the breast surgeon and, again, I was told to change into a gown. After changing, I thought I would see the doctor, but they took me to a photo room where they took multiple pics of my torso. Afterwards, I waited in lobby for the doctor to come back from surgery. After about 15 minutes, he came into the lobby. I thought he would be rushed and impatient since he just came out of surgery, but he personally greeted me, apologized for the delay, and told us to come into his office. I like to think I read people well, and I instantly liked him. He first listened to my expectations and wanted me to show him pictures. He asked me a bunch of questions: Do you want it more natural or exaggerated? Round or teardrop? Etc. I could tell he was pretty thorough. He then asked to see my breasts. I was pretty impressed when he took the ruler out and measured my breasts from different angles. And then he told me in detail what he'd have to do to make my wish come true. I wanted to go from an A to a DD. He said because my breasts rest kind of high, he said he'd have to make a pocket that goes past my underboob natural line. At first, I didn't like this cause I've heard of double bubble. But he assured me that due to my skin type and the textured implants he would be using - Motiva - double bubble wouldn't be an issue. I could tell he knew what he was talking about and I honestly trusted him in. After some consideration, I decided to go with Banobagi. Not only was I impressed by the quality of their service, I really liked how the doctor handled the consultation. He was patient and meticulous, which is what you'd want from a doctor. He answered every other concern I had and made sure I didn't have any other questions. Once I confirmed that I would like to go ahead with the surgery with them, they took me to a room to try on breast implants. They wanted me to choose how many cc's I would like. Even though I switched between implants multiple times, Mona and my consultant were patient with me and offered their opinions. I ultimately decided on 450 cc's. I signed some paperwork with the consultation and they gave me instructions on not to eat anything past midnight. Before I knew it, my surgery was booked for tomorrow at 10 am! I really can't believe I'm finally doing it! Updated on 24 Sep 2018: So, it's been almost a week since my surgery and I'm feeling pretty good (pics below). I had to wear a bandage cover the first couple of days and then instructed to take it off. They didn't give me a bra yet because the doctor wanted to see if I need at my first check up, which will be tomorrow. I don't need to take any stitches out because they used a stitch adhesive that would go away on its own. The surgery itself was pretty quick. As instructed, I started fasting at midnight and didn't eat anything up until the surgery. At the clinic, I met up with Mona from SCS and they checked me in and made me change into a gown. The doctor consulted with me one more to make sure I understood what he will do and answer any more questions I had. He said he would place in 450cc of Motiva implants in each breast via IMF incision and also lipo some fat from the sides near my armpits so they look aesthetically better (that was a nice touch). Soon after, I went in to sign paperwork and then was escorted to the surgery room. All I remember was them putting an IV in my arm and a mask, then BAM, I was out. I woke up in the recovery room and the doctor came into tell me everything went well. The nurses then escorted me to my own private recovery room upstairs where I'll spend the night. I couldn't drink anything until at 6 because of the anesthesia and it was torture just looking at the clock. Mona and Dean, another SCS rep, came in to check up on me. She even got my medication from the pharmacy. They were really helpful and then left me to rest. I wasn't in much pain, but I was sore and pretty uncomfortable. It literally felt like something was shoved inside my chest. I managed to sleep a bit, waking up every other hour to stretch a bit. The nurses came around the clock to check on my progress and change my bandage. Later in the morning, Dr. Han came to check on me again and gave me instructions on how to take care of my breasts during the first week of recovery. Soon after, a consultant came up with a box of pumpkin juice (pumpkin juice is believed to help with swelling in Korea) and called a private black taxi for me, which the clinic paid for. She helped me with my things to the car and gave the directions to my hotel to the driver. Overall, it was a pretty smooth process. The breasts are sitting pretty high and they feel really tight, which is normal. The doctor told me it will take about 3 months to see 80% of them "drop" and relax, and I should notice a difference around week 3. I'm very happy with the shape and really glad Mona convinced me to go for 450cc rather than 425cc. I'll update again after another week! Updated on 2 Oct 2018: Another week passed by and I CANNOT wait for these to heal. I've been sleeping on my back as instructed and I can't wait to be able to sleep on my side again. I had my first check-up a week ago. I met up with Mona again and the consultant took me to a person that tended to my stitches. All she did was give me a shot for better healing and cleaned my stitch area. Afterwards, the doctor came to see me. The doctor said I didn't need to wear a bra. I was surprised, but he said my skin was tight enough where I wouldn't need to wear a bra to prevent premature sagging. The good news is he said even if I get pregnant, I don't have the kind of skin type that would sag and droop and would bounce back. This is also because he said when looking inside during surgery, it didn't seem like I had a lot of milk ducts. Phew. My breasts are still sitting pretty high and he says by week 3 I should see some "dropping." I do see some stretch marks, but I've been putting on coconut oil twice a day. I had a list of questions prepared for him, like when can I start wearing an underwire bra, when I can I sleep on my side, when can I exercise and smoke hookah again, etc. Dr. Han was very patient and answered my questions in detail. He is such a pleasant man; he had a smile the whole time and he was so friendly. He made me comfortable asking him and telling him of any concerns I had. I really appreciated that. Afterwards, the consultant took me downstairs where she gave me a silicone gel ointment to put on once I'm 3 weeks post-op. And then, on my way back to my Airbnb. I can walk around comfortable and most of the discomfort went away. I can walk around comfortable. My nipples and that general area is still very sensitive and I worry if anyone bumps into me, but overall, I'm going good so far! Updated on 9 Oct 2018: I'm 3 weeks post-op and I think I'm healing great. I had my check up yesterday and Dr. Han checked my stitches and my overall progress. He seemed very happy with the results and said they should look much better over the next couple of weeks. Since I'll be in Korea one more week, he said he wanted to check on me one more time before I leave, so we set an appointment for that. As you can see from the photos, my implants are still sitting high and my skin is still taut. But, not as bad as before. Of course, the doctor said it's still too early and as the skin relaxes over time, it'll look much more natural. I believe him, and since I already did a lot of research beforehand, I knew this was to be expected. But, I'm very happy with the size. I can't tell they will look great once they "drop" and soften. Most of the discomfort is gone and I feel somewhat normal again. They still feel stiff to the touch. I still can't exercise much which sucks, but I know I have to take the recovery seriously for optimal healing. Updated on 15 Nov 2018: Hey guys, So my implants are nestling well. A lot of it dropped and starting to take a more natural form. My nipples are still sensitive to the touch and that general areola area. But overall, I’m happy how the recovery is going. I know they still have more “dropping” to do. They still feel a little hard to the touch, but it hasn’t even been 3 months yet. I’m just glad the implants dropped like they were supposed to. Activity wise, I’m back in the gym. I did an upper body workout for the first time. I know they say that you can start working out after 6 weeks, but I wanted to be safe and wait at least 2 months. Did I gain a bit of weight? Yeah, but at least I can work out now. I can pretty much do things normally at this point. I can also sleep on my side comfortably and everything. Pain wise, there’s no real discomfort. I would feel a ping of discomfort or so, but I was told that’s cause my nerves are getting they’re feeling back slowly. One thing I hope is that as they continue to drop, the breasts come closer together so I have a more natural cleavage. Overall, super happy with my results. Updated on 3 Dec 2018: It’s the 3rd month mark and things are still going well! The implants “dropped” a bit, but not too much. Because they’re still a liiiitle bit sore to the touch, I know I still got more healing to do. I know they’re still going to drop even further. I’ve still been rubbing coconut oil on my breasts to help with the stretched skin. I’m back to my normal workout routine of lifting weights. They feel fine when I run and do back workouts. I still haven’t done push ups yet though. Maybe after the holidays :) But I can tell that they are healing nicely!
