I’m almost 25 and the idea to get breast augmentation came to me long ago and I finally proceeded it last year. That was my first surgery experience ever, so I searched a lot and before going into my consultation with a doctor I already knew about all benefits/drawbacks as well as risks and other details that breast augmentation surgery entails, like pain, recovery, swelling, discomfort etc. After looking up reviews and surgeons ratings I narrowed it down to 2 places. Both were in Seoul, very reputable and experienced but I ended up going with doc Han Kyunam from Banobagi. I tried a sizer with several implants and when he was clear about the result I want he recommended 375cc, silicone implants Bellagel placed under the muscle through the inframammary incision. The surgery date I booked before coming to Seoul which was 3 days away. The total cost for everything was around 13,000,000 krw which is roughly 12.7k usd. I was somewhat nervous as I’ve never been under general anesthesia but the preparation time flew very fast. I was knocked out the entire operation, without remembering or feeling anything and by the time I woke up, my surgery was finished. Few hours later as the anesthesia weaned off, I started feeling pain and pressure. I took Tylenol and the rest of the day I slept. The first post-op night I stayed at the hospital. Swelling and bruising were brutal. When I felt pain I took some more Tylenol but after about 3 days I didn’t feel it at all. For about a week it hurt to lift my hands or carry anything. The first 2 weeks was the worst but the result definitely worth it. Hopefully I came to Seoul with my mom, she supported and helped me a lot. By the time I came back home, around 3 weeks after, I felt much better and after about 8-9 weeks I was 100% back to normal. I had gone from 32a to full c and I’m very happy with my results. It’s been almost 8 months, my confidence has definitely been improved and I never look in the mirror with dissatisfaction any longer. I’m totally in love with my new breasts and I had the best doctor ever. All in all, my experience was satisfying and very positive.
Thank you everyone, who’s reading my review now, who supported me all the time, the staff at Banobagi PS for warmly hosting me and taking care of me and the most talented surgeon – Doctor Han Kyu Nam for his brilliant work! I can’t say that small breast bothered me a lot, the main reason was to fulfill the emptiness in my upper part as I was never satisfied with dresses or tops on me and I understood the reason wasn’t in cloths. I’m 30yrs old now, my stats are 164cm/57kg. My initial size was 75a. I got 315cc Motiva implants in May last year. The total I paid for the surgery was 15k usd. Some people ask me why I didn’t go with bigger implant size? Well, the main reason for me was to get a maximum natural look. The surgery was under general anesthesia and when I woke up I was already in surgical bra. I fuzzily remember the first day and night bc I slept most of the time. I remember some pain but nothing that painkillers couldn’t handle with. The next morning I felt much better. I was told to sleep sitting up so that I didn’t roll onto my implants and damage them. By day 4 I was off pain medications and felt great but bruising and swelling still were there with me. The first few weeks I was very swollen and my breast didn’t look like I expected, but once all the swelling went down the size and shape became just as I wanted. I think if I’d go with a bit bigger implants, they wouldn’t fit me that good, so make sure to choose the size you feel the most comfortable with. Overall, I think my experience with breast augmentation surgery was great and I’m beyond satisfied with my decision to proceed the surgery. I had quite quick and smooth recovery and my reaction to anesthesia was better than I thought. Dr. Han was the best surgeon I could have hoped for and did an amazing job! Although, I understand that have silicone implants in breast now, they feel and look like real.
I’m 27yrs old, my stats are: 166cm and 59kg weight. I went from 75A to 80C, got Motiva implant surgery. The absolute advantage after proceeding ba I can underline here is raised confidence and comfortable feeling in all types of tops and open bra dresses. I think now absolutely everything fits me way better, I can even say perfect! I’m totally in love with my results, they are fantastic and my new breast makes my body look more balanced. I found dr Han through my own thorough research and I think that was the best decision I’ve ever made. I was told that around 10 days off would be fair enough for initial recovery but I stayed in Seoul only a week. Since my current job doesn’t require any physical activities right after I came back from Seoul I headed back to the office. Truly speaking, I wasn’t healed all 100% but felt good enough. Although, I was a bit sore a first couple of days my rehab was pretty smooth and healing was faster than I expected. I’m very thrilled with my boobs! They look exactly what I was hoping for. I’m highly satisfied and I think my doctor did a great job. dr Han is extremely experienced and very professional. His staff at banobagi ps was very welcoming and kind to me too, the hospital itself well equipped and offers the best service. I’m now very pleased with the result, I don’t think I could find someone better.
Hi all! I had my breast reduction about 8 weeks ago. I’m still recovering and pretty swollen but I’m definitely happy with my noticeably smaller boobs :) The first month was the hardest for me, I needed assistance in literally everything… cleaning, putting something up or picking staff. My surgeon was recommended by friend who got ba there last year. I paid around 16k cad, sadly but costs weren’t covered by insurance (not even partially) but I don’t’ regret and I think it worth every cent I spent. I’m quite slim but bc of my big sized boobs buying clothes was always a problem (it was really difficult for me to find a good dress matching both my breast and hips). The main disadvantage for now is my nipples sensitivity loss, I do hope it’ll be restored soon. Updated on 29 Jul 2019: So far, I feel great! And important benefits for me here are: NO MORE BACKPAIN! It became much easier for me to buy clothes perfectly fitting my body. Also, I do recommend to use the scar tape, I think it plays quite a role in scar reducing. I remember someone asked me if it feels strange that they became smaller? Well, it definitely feels fantastic! My nipples are great now btw. It did take me some time to get used to, but there is one thing that has certainly been changed. Now, when I’m in a dress I think I look much attractive instead of “how fatty I am”. The surgery has changed me not only from the outside, but also a perception of myself. Before the op, the first (most probably only) thing most men look at was my breast and honestly, that made me feel very uncomfortable but now I still catch their eyes but my breast is no longer the first thing that attracts them.
Hi all ! I’m still recovering but so far … my results look great ! It didn’t really take me long to decide which PS I want to go with , I’d rather say there was only one in mind and yet I made a research for the surgeon’s credentials as wanted to make sure that gonna be all 110% satisfied with the outcome . I think I made a right choice with both Banobagi ps and doc Han Kyunam . I also thought that they’d recommend me some eyelid fat removal , as I’ve read that lot of ppl got it , to my surprise they didn’t . Doc Han said that my eyelid skin looks good enough lol . At first , I thought to go with stitching or non-incisional bc as far as I know , if you don’t like the result you can easily revise it , but it’d be temporary which meant I’d have to proceed the surgery again with some time , naaaah … So , I guess it’s quite obvious why I went with incisional method . Of course , the rehab is longer and it costs a bit more , but results are permanent ! So far , it’s been 2 weeks and to my point of view , my eyes don’t have that “fresh” after surgery look lol . I’ve been told that for final result I have to wait for at least 4-5 months but I think I’ll see it very soon . Updated on 18 Jul 2019: Hello everyone ! Today is already 5 months post op and the only thing I’d want to say is that I’m so happy ! omg ! I spend twice less time on make up now . This is my best decision ever ! And you know what ? I have no regrets that proceeded incisional type . Almost everyone kept telling me that I had to go with non-incisional one and I doubted a lot before coming into the operation room , but I decided to trust my doctor and that was actually for better !
