Hello. I would recommend forehead lift with incisional double eyelid operation. Seems like you have a lot of soft tissue between your eyebrow and upper eyelid. First incisional double eyelid operation can shape your eyes in a more beautiful way and remove some excessive skin. Then with forehead lift (minimally invasive) we would put your brows to a more natural and aesthetic position. Thank you.

First the shape would change if you wait some more (3 months postop.). But if you think that the inner part looks unnatural because the line is tapered too quickly you might need a revision with or without epicanthoplasty. Revisions are done usually after 3 months because it is best to know the final results of the first surgery before doing another. Getting the thread removed is a different story. If you prefer to get back to your original state without any revisional surgery planned it is best to remove it sooner.

Although fine wrinkles cannot be removed totally by surgery, your skin that seems to sag and the lower eyelid bags can. Lower blepharoplasty with septal reinforcement would be a wonderful option. We can remove some excessive skin and control your lower eyelid bags to make you look more young and healthy. Thank you.

Thank you for asking. Unfortunately I don’t’ think we can expect further improvement of the eyelid shape after 10 weeks postop. It seems that there still is moderate degree of ptosis on both eyes but the left side is worse. The degree of asymmetry can be benefitted by revisional surgery. Thank you for asking.

Lazy eye, in medical terms, means poor vision of an eye. From the photos you’ve sent me you seem to have mild ptosis. There are several ways to correct ptosis and in your case non-incisional muller-levator complex tucking seems to be the way. This procedure uses a thread to shorten and strengthen your muscles involved in eye opening and takes about 30 minutes. Thank you.
