Good Doctors
Since I was 16, my main problem was a square chin and protruding cheekbones. A couple of months ago, I had a chin filler done at a clinic to create a V line, but I couldn’t achieve a beautiful result because the angles still made it look big. Then I decided to get a surgery to remove this complex that I’ve been living with for 6 years. I went to consultations at some clinics, but they didn’t give me confidence. Then I accidentally found out about the Banobagi clinic. When I visited the clinic, a Russian translator was waiting for me, who guided me for consultation. Doctor explained to me exactly how the surgery would be performed. He inspired confidence from the very first moment. The doctor was one of the first to perform contour plastic surgery in Korea and has performed hundreds of surgeries over more than 20 years. I also had a consultation with another doctor about liposuction. In fact, we didn’t have to consult for so long because he already knew what I wanted and what my body needed. After two meetings, I was sure that this was the clinic I was looking for.
The day before the operation, I had a day of tests (blood test, ECG, bone scan), and they also took a before photo. I also did not drink water or eat for 10 hours before the operation
I was very worried on the day of the operation and I met the doctor again. He made drawings and explained what the operation would be like again, which made me calm down.
After the operation :
The operation went well, the anesthesia was also good, I did not feel sick after waking up, my body was a little cold. It was a little painful, but they gave me a painkiller. All day in the ward, nurses came to me and asked how I was feeling, put in IVs and placed ice packs on my chin. On the next day, there was no pain in my face at all, only my body hurt. I could drink water. During the week, the swelling on my face grew bigger and bigger and then began to go away very slowly. In the first month after the operation, my face and body recovered day by day. Although my reflection in the mirror was far from what I expected (since my face was very swollen) and I had difficulty with normal activities such as eating, I knew that I had made the right decision to change my life. A month after the surgery, my body looked very thin, there were no unevenness at all. My face was numb in some parts and the entire lower part of my face was swollen.
Now, two months after the surgery, my face looks very harmonious and feminine, without angles (despite the fact that the tip of my chin is still numb and swollen. But by the 6th month, all the swelling will subside and it will become even smaller). My reflection in the mirror now matches how I see myself. Now I do not get stressed by my appearance and can simply enjoy life.
In the end, I am glad that I went through this path, and I am grateful for everything I received from medical professionals. I feel confident and happy with how my appearance has changed :)
