finally, I’m almost recovered
Basically, the recovery is almost complete. I can feel it on because swelling is totally gone and my face is no longer asymmetrical and chin sensitivity is 100% restored. I know, I’m supposed to wait at least 6 months for final results etc. but I think at this stage most of the recovery is done. Important thing to mention here is Banobagi staff attitude. They were very supportive not only when I was there but even after I went back home and kept in touch all the time. I’m really satisfied with my surgery results!
feel much better now
So, it’s 13th week of my recovery and things got much better. My chin is tingling from time to time, which I believe is a good sign. I can feel now with almost every sell of my face when it gets frozen or warm. In general, I feel quite good. People around noticing changes and keep saying that I look much prettier but I’m still noticing slight asymmetry. I asked about it Banobagi and they said that it might be because of swelling and I still need to wait.
Swelling After V-line, 2 Months Post Op
Got v line done at Banobagi Plastic Surgery on November 22. Was very nervous, because of possibility to get botched results. I knew about all risks but the desire and ability to reshape my face was too strong. A week after my surgery I was very swollen, pain was quite light, so I could go with no pills. Dr. Oh said in advance that swelling will last some time and different people have different rehab, which seems very obvious and reasonable to me.
So, the first week, it was really difficult to eat, swelling was wild but I looked forward for better times. By the 4th week my face looked a bit asymmetrical as swelling on the left side was a bit bigger which, honestly bothered me a lot. As for now, I’m still swollen, my chin is still numb, guess I’m from a “very-slow-recovery” category but I hope things will get better soon and can’t wait to see my final results.
