This patient lost 160 pounds after undergoing gastric band surgery. With diet and exercise, she has maintained a steady weight for more than a year and elected to undergo a mommy makeover, including breast augmentation, a breast lift, and a circumferential body lift. She is now four weeks post-op (last image) and will continue to heal, but is loving her new body.

This patient wanted to rejuvenate her breasts because she didn't like the sagging. In order to create fullness, we needed to add implants in addition to the lift. Here, she is shown 3 months after surgery. You can see that the nipples sit in the center of the breast and the breasts are both youthful, projected and full. These are sub-muscular silicone implants.

So, we totally redid her lift and changed out her implants and made her breasts larger, tighter, and round. I also added Galaflex mesh to hold these 700cc implants up and help fight against gravity and premature sagging.
