Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.

31-year-old female that was concerned about breast drooping and loss of volume. Following a detailed discussion of her options she elected to proceed with a bilateral breast augmentation and mastopexy. She chose Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Style SSF 325cc silicone breast implants.

This 43 year old female was treated with a sub-muscular Inspira SSF 365 implant as well as a breast lift.

45 year old female shown before and two months after a breast lift with implants and an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). The patient has no medical history and a 50 pound weight loss. Sha has delivered two children. C cup before and DD cup after. The patient received an Allergan 605cc SRF (highly cohesive) gummy bear high profile silicone implant and placed beneath the muscle.
