This patient wanted to rejuvenate her breasts because she didn't like the sagging. In order to create fullness, we needed to add implants in addition to the lift. Here, she is shown 3 months after surgery. You can see that the nipples sit in the center of the breast and the breasts are both youthful, projected and full. These are sub-muscular silicone implants.

This amazing patient had previously undergone a breast augmentation and a breast lift with another surgeon and just wasnt thrilled with the shape and size of her breasts. She thought they looked long and saggy and she hated her scars which had gotten wide and thick. So, we totally redid her lift and changed out her implants and made her breasts larger, tighter, and round. I also added Galaflex mesh to hold these 700cc implants up and help fight against gravity and premature sagging.
