Front and three-quarter views(left) of a sub muscular dual-plane augmentation with characteristic findings of widely separated and downward displaced "bottomed out" breasts 1.5 years after primary augmentation at outside practice. The patient was revised to a Cold-Subfascial plane and the result displayed shows a supported and naturally sloped breast (right views) one year after revision
