Patient with torn ear lobe from heavy earrings getting pulled, immediate result
This patient presented after having had her earlobe torn from an earring getting pulled the day previously. Here you see the immediate results after a "wedge and key" earlobe repair - there is no discontinuity in the contour of the earlobe and she will heal with a pencil thin line that will not be visible. We will re-pierce her ears 6 weeks after the sutures are removed.
