This 30-year-old woman has a slender build and was not happy with her small breast size. She regularly wore size 32 B bras but wanted a more enhanced appearance. She was considering breast augmentation and wanted to learn more about the procedure from a board-certified plastic surgeon. Completed an evaluation of her existing breast size and shape before determining that she was a good candidate for breast augmentation. Together, they discussed her implant options, including saline or silicone gel, and how to determine the implant size that would be best given her aesthetic goal. She selected silicone gel implants, which are often a recommended option for women with little existing breast tissue, since this implant type tends to look and feel more natural than saline. As you can see in the "after" pictures taken just a month after her surgery, her breasts look naturally enhanced and have no visible scarring. She now wears a 32 D bra.
