This patient wanted to rejuvenate her breasts because she didn't like the sagging. In order to create fullness, we needed to add implants in addition to the lift. Here, she is shown 3 months after surgery. You can see that the nipples sit in the center of the breast and the breasts are both youthful, projected and full.
