    This patient suffered from chronic neck, back and shoulder pain secondary to large and heavy breasts. An outpatient breast reduction was performed using a minimal scar approach. Many patients, like this one, will not need an incision in the skin crease under the breast. Post operative drain tubes are NOT required for this procedure.
