This patient is a 34-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of having smaller breasts than desired. I felt that a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants would give the patient the best overall results. During surgery, I placed Sientra 355cc smooth round moderate-plus profil cohesive silicone gel implants under the chest muscles (dual plane) via under the breast crease incisions. She recovered well and was very happy with her fuller breasts.

This 37 year old woman is 5'3 tall and weighs 150 pounds. She enjoys frequent weightlifting; which was a significant factor in her deciding to have her implants placed above the muscle, (sub-glandular/sub-fascial). She chose 425cc teardrop shaped, gummy bear breast implants. She also had liposuction of her bra fat area to improve her overall contour. Her results are shown just 6 weeks later.

This patient with minimal breast development or definition received 350 cc silicone implants, with much improved shape, volume, and cleavage. The inframammary scars will continue to fade with time.
