This mom of two in her late thirties came in to see Dr. Layliev for an evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She had always felt flat-chested and desired a natural look to her augmented breasts. Dr. Layliev performed a breast augmentation with smooth round silicone 375cc implants, in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than one hour (with a private nurse by her side). Breast Augmentation with Saline Implants and Nipple Areola Complex Reduction. Patient is 5'6 and 125 pounds. She was originally a B cup and is now a D cup. She has a 600 cc Moderate Plus Mentor Saline Implant on the right which is filled to 675 ccs and a 550cc Moderate Plus Mentor Saline Implant on the left which is filled to 635 ccs.

This 35-year-old patient sought a mommy makeover to enhance her abdominal contours and restore fullness to her breasts. Her evaluation showed flank lipodystrophy, excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis (abdominal muscle separation), and mild breast asymmetry, with her left breast being slightly larger than the right.Dr. Delatte performed a full abdominoplasty and liposuction on the flanks and abdomen to refine her waistline and tighten her core. Liposuction removed 650cc from the left flank, 700cc from the right flank, and 900cc from the abdomen, achieving a smooth, contoured appearance. For her breast enhancement, Dr. Delatte used Allergan silicone implants, placing 325cc on the left and 345cc on the right to address her asymmetry while enhancing volume.
