45 Year Old Mother of Three who had low lying breasts. She underwent breast augmentation surgery with breast lift.

63 year old woman treated with Breast Lift with Implants

This 39 year old presented with very droopy (ptotic) breasts. Her left breast was more droopy than the right, and she disliked the extremely wide diameter of her areolas. Due to her large breast size and degree of drooping, a traditional type of mastopexy (breast lift) was selected. Breast implants were added to improve fullness in the upper breasts.

48 year old female 2 months after a limited inverted T breast lift with Allergan SRX smooth round gel natrelle implants. The patient's height is 5 feet 6 inches and her weight is 144 lbs. Her cup size was a 36C before and 36DD after surgery. She has two children.

This patient desired reshaping and enhancement of her breasts. She had significant preoperative breast asymmetry. She is shown before and 3 months after bilateral subglandular silicone gel breast augmentation mastopexy (breast enlargement and breast lift, with the implant placed above the muscle). A 450 cc implant was placed on the right, and a 415 cc implant was placed on the left to help balance out her preoperative breast asymmetry.

Breast lift with implants and tummy tuck.

Patient is a 38 year-old female. Her height is 54 and weighs 127 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was 36 C. Left implant is 210 cc. Right implant is 175cc. Both implants are round  high profile saline. Post-operative bra size is 34 D.

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.

She underwent a circumferential body lift, followed by a breast augmentation/mastopexy (breast implant and breast lift) along with a brachioplasty (arm lift). Patient states she is not interested in a breast reduction and wishes to be a similar size. Dr. Lin performed a bi-lateral breast lift with superior-medial pedicle technique. Her breast lift scars will continue to fade.
